Hiya guys, how has everyone been? I haven't been feeling super social lately...sorry about that. I might not respond /right/ away to anything said here...but I'm hoping to be a little more social. xP
hi! I know what that's like, hope you have a great weekend!
it's been a struggle for me all week... Weekend doesn't look much better, but at least I'm getting writing done!
no worries, post when you want to. That's what I do with this busy garden season
Give a flower!

Arrgghhhh!!! 😡 And probably could be prevented. Anyway... I'm getting braver with the lavender salt. LOL! I used it on some stir fried mushrooms today. I haven't tasted them yet. :-P
Beautiful HA!!
I forgot what we were talking about but I feel like we're on the same page as I'm so grumpy today. But at least I slept good! :-D I hope the week-end ends up being a good one!! <3
No worries! I'm glad to see you. Your HA is beautiful!
Oh definitely. How were the mushrooms???
I put them on my salad and they were delicious!! Tomorrow I'm making jello gummies for Liz. And then I hope I can be lazy as I finished most of my week-end chores today. Yayyyy! Have fun with your friend at the tea house!!
Oh, that sounds so good! I'm glad it was yummy. Jello gummies? Are those like jello jigglers? And I hope you get to rest. :) Thank you!
I'm not exactly sure what jello jigglers are. I used a packet of strawberry jello, a packet of plain gelatin and I added a single serve packet watermelon water enhancer and 1/3 cup of water. Heated until everything was dissolved and put in tiny pineapple shaped ice cube trays. They turned out cute and tasty. Not really my cup of tea but Liz likes them. :-P
Oh. Jello jigglers are like, jello dense enough to eat with your hands. You use less water to make them. Yours sounds really interesting, though.
Oh so probably about the same. They're pretty good, just not something I'm crazy about.
I'm not wild about them either, but they're sure good during colonoscopy prep when you need something in your system but can't actively eat.
Hahahaha!! Yes, but it can't be red jello. :-P I forgot to tell you I also made Congee yesterday. It's a Chinese rice soup but I didn't add the chicken like in most recipes. I added shrimp after I cooked it though. And considering I made it with brown rice it's pretty good. So? How was tea?
Why not red? I don't understand. :) That sounds delicious! Boyfriend made up a recipe for what he's calling "crock pot chicken Parmesan" minus the breading on the chicken. It was delicious! Tea was a great time! We got to-go cups and sat around and talked for 2.5 hours, it was nice.
Copied from the web "Jell-o (but avoid red, blue, or purple coloring)" Not sure why not though, I just remembered they told me not to eat red jello before mine. The chicken sounds amazing and now I'm suddenly hungry. :-D You know it's a nice time when you sit there talking for 2.5 hours!! I'm glad you enjoyed it! The ear ache 100% gone?
Oh! That's something I remember too. I wasn't taking the time to think about what you said :P That's on me. It was delicious. It was SO much fun. And yes!
Adorable HA!! That wig is the bomb! I wonder why the color of jello matters though? Guess I'll Google it. Did you eat at the tea house or just drink tea? I really need to find one around here! And good on the ear!!
Thank you. I think it has to do with deposits left in the bowels? But I'm not sure. Dye is tricky that way. We had iced tea all of us, and boyfriend and I had a macaron each. They were HUGE and delicious. Thank you!
Maybe they're afraid it will be mistaken for blood? :-P Yummy macaroons!! And iced tea sounds yum too! Lately I've been making Teeccino Vanilla Nut tea the day before so it's cold for the next morning. Then I pour some Premier Protein in it. Scrumptious!
Likely. That sounds delicious. I love vanilla nut teas, though I'm used to getting it from Stash. :)
