Quests did not reset. All my count is from yesterday except for Saggi)

Nothing has reset yet, no Hustler, Rift, Shinwa, quests...
pools have not reset hustler and tree either vending has also not reset
item and quests also have not reset
still lots of problems

Neither has the special bathhouse pools.

I did look like they reset for the 18th, since I was able to do Saggi quests, Blue Building Quests, and Item Hunt (I didn't have time to do the rest, but I assume they reset)
However!
The quests I did before rollover did not reset again, so there's still something going on.

vending hasnt reset!
Yeah quests (including battle) (and Drills probably) didn't reset. Neither did Rift, Iku, Safe and Hustler. Bath, Job and Raffle did reset.
Man. Just went to do my Shinwa bracelet quest in hopes of earning a stat booster and... somehow when she sent me to the wizard, it said I'd already done 15/15 quests for today even though I've been asleep since 9 pm/before the daily reset.

Item Hunt hasn't reset for me.
Having been off until later in the afternoon yesterday, i only did my quests veeery late (actually only finished 11.30 p.m.) and thus none of them has reset, not even Battle Quests - I have time now and can't do ANYTHING and probably again have to stay awake until it's actually time to get up again in the morning!?
Shinwa we are used to falling into the 24 hour rest, but the others?!?
The other dailies (bathhouse, Tree,...) worked for me, I did them early yesterday morning and am late today.
