Vending and Hustler hasnt reset either

Cleansing pools - I am trying to use the hunger cleansing pool. Says I already used it today - I haven't. I used it about an hour before the reset. Oh never mind....I see a lot of things haven't reset....even quests. oops

Rift hasn't reset. Haven't done it since yesterday morning but I'm getting the "you can only visit once a day" message.

Four hours ago, I was able to visit the bathhouse, get a fruit from Ikumoradeekanox, collect income from pet jobs, and play the Ruffie Raffle. But Shinwa and the quests I did yesterday had not reset. I shut down my browser and signed in just now, and was able to complete Shinwa's bracelet -- but only because she didn't send me to Saggitarius or the Wizard, which I had completed 10/10 yesterday. Is this bug randomized per log-in? If it was the same for everyone, I wouldn't have a new weird fruit in my inventory.

Wanted to add that along with what everyone else has already said, BQs have also not reset.

My quests didn't reset incliding shinwa and neither did Ikumoradeekanox, Hustler, Rift

for me my quests have not been reset and I am sure I did not do them today

Thank you for directing me here. The only one that reset for me was Shinwas but she wanted me to do the Wizard and that one did NOT reset nor did the others. :(
