Hi -- I'd just like to thank you all for your understanding over the past few weeks. It's definitely been a rough couple of weeks for me and my family. I had some help from lovely coworkers but a few things were left behind for me to deal with due to previous conversations and the like. If your item has been sitting extra long, THANK YOU for being so patient -- I'll be getting to everything today.

Hello everyone! This is just a friendly reminder that I will be out of town for the next week on a real vacation! I'm very excited :) We are road tripping down the Pacific Coast Highway from Seattle to Monterey (the end stop is Monterey Bay Aquarium)!

[use=rah] will be doing the queue while I'm gone, though it will not be on Wednesday specifically (she has a different schedule than I do!). The UAs will be fielding the easier CW tickets. Please note some of the more difficult CWs in the queue OR some of the more specific CW tickets may have to wait until I get back. If you'd like to submit a ticket for me specifically, just let the UA know - but be aware I will not be answering them this week!
