All minor announcements regarding CWs will be posted here, to keep everything nice and organized! Of course, major changes and additional features will still be announced site-wide.

TWO PINGS IN ONE DAY I AM SORRY but I do already have two announcements!

1. Halfway through my day today, denying items stopped working. Bug is aware and he will be troubleshooting it for me tomorrow! I will attempt to do the denials tomorrow or Tuesday after work but it may not happen until Wednesday - apologies for the delay!

2. This upcoming weekend, I'm taking a much needed tiny trip (to a cabin on the Pacific coast!). Because of this, I'll be doing the queue Wednesday and Friday morning. I know those days are very close together, and my hope is I'll actually get an hour or so in on Sunday, but in case something happens, this is your official heads up!

Hey guys, just wanted to let you know work is not going so well today with... well, other things going on right now. I'm going to try really hard to keep getting through things but I apologize if everything is slow over the next few days. Thanks for understanding 💔

Hello ! Just a quick schedule update for next week. I'm working a different schedule at the clinic next week, so the queue will be done on Thursday the 21st instead of Wednesday the 20th. Pretty sure this is just a next-week thing :)

Hello guys! Happy February. I made a few changes today that I wanted to let you guys know about!

: There is a new submission category! Under Jewelry, you can now submit things like ankle bracelets and what not. YES, I added an ankle layer! I didn't realize quite how popular this was until I didn't have it anymore! Please use this if you are submitting any kind of ankle jewelry :) (if your item is currently in the queue, don't worry - I'll change the layer manually like I have been!)

3. Finally -- this isn't for another week and a half yet, but I'm thinking about it now! On Saturday the 13th, I'm getting my 2nd COVID-19 vaccine! YAY! However, I've heard the majority of people feel pretty gross for about 24 hours after getting it. I might attempt to do some of the CW queue in the morning of the 13th prior to my appointment in anticipation of feeling icky the next day, but don't be surprised if things are much slower than usual over next weekend :)

Sorry for the sort of sad update today. Our beloved little lovebird, Papaya, died unexpectedly this morning (he'd been sick but was on meds and doing better). I am going to still work today because I don't want to fall too behind and it's a good distraction, but things may be slow over the next few days. Thank you so much for understanding.

Sorry for the late notice! The queue will be done on Thursday this week instead of Wednesday due to a change in my work schedule at the clinic :)

Some items today were marked as accepted without actually going through the approval process. We've already fixed the issue, but it means some items might actually get technically unaccepted and put back in the queue. If that happens, we'll start a ticket with you to explain. I am so sorry about this. I know it's frustrating, and I'm getting started right now to look through all the items and see if I need to do this with any of them. Again, I'm so so so sorry.

Hello friends! I am doing my best to do the queue with site lag, but things may certainly be slow, especially with denials. Anything I can't get done today, I'll try to do over the next few days after work and the like :)

Hello everyone! From this Saturday 3/6 through Wednesday 3/10 I will be out of town. I will still be doing the queue but it will be sporadic throughout those days. A 'regular' day of work will happen on Thursday 3/11 and then continue normally from there.

Hello friends! I am back now and trying to get things done. I apologize for the delay with everything! Denials and new items are harder for me to do when I don't have my actual computer, so I definitely fell a bit further behind than I anticipated. Over the next day or two I'll get all caught up. You guys are the best! ❤️

So I kind of forgot today is technically a holiday and not all of staff is around, even if they usually work Sundays. This means the queue may not get done in its entirety today since I don't know if I have a UA buddy - I'm so sorry for the late notice! I'll definitely see what I can get done today though!

Hello everyone! I hope you're all having a lovely spring. We are finally getting some sunshine up here in the PNW!

Lately, the UAs and I have been noticing quite a few items are getting pulled out of the queue and resubmitted. I'm unsure why this is happening, but it does seem significantly increased over the past few weeks from how it's been for the last several years. Please try to avoid doing this! It doesn't move the item to the top of the queue, and in fact it can make it longer to get approved or denied - if the UA has already noted the item and you pull it, we have to wait for it to be renoted.

Of course, if you notice a major issue with your submission, feel free to pull it if you need to! (like if you realize the overlay isn't transparent, for example). But we're not seeing major changes being made between the initial submission and the resubmission.

If anyone is experiencing an issue with the queue that is causing them to have to pull and resubmit, please let me or know so we can look into it!

Hello! Unfortunately I am hitting quite a bit of lag today that is making the queue not load everything. I'm not sure why, because overall the site seems to be working okay? It's less of an issue of it taking a long time and more that the lag is making it so items and overlays won't fully load for me to look at them, haha! So you might have some things accepted/denied and not others, and I'll likely have to look t this tomorrow night or something similar :) Sorry for the inconvenience!

Just a few announcements!

1. The queue is having some issues today that are beyond my control (read; programming things, haha) so I won't be able to get it completely done today like I usually do. I apologize for the delay in getting to some of your items!

2. This week, my schedule is normal, but the following week it's all sorts of screwed up - I'm working a totally different schedule at the clinic, so it's making it hard for me to figure out when I'll do the queue. So next week, it will be done on Sunday like normal, but likely not on Wednesday, and you'll instead probably just see random things done here and there throughout the week. After that, I think I'll be back to normal, but I'll keep you informed of any changes!

Thanks for the patience with how different my work schedule was this past week :) I tried to get things done as I could (including working on my phone during lunch breaks, haha)! Next week my schedule is normal, but we are having some changes at work and things MIGHT be a bit up in the air for the next several weeks. I'm sorry for things being a bit on the slower side the past weekish or so. I haven't been feeling 100% myself (yay mental health), though I'm slowly coming out of a funk. Sorry for the late notice! My allergies are AWFUL today. I woke up late, took a benadryl, fell back asleep, and now I'm attempting to work through a second benadryl. Basically, I'm an allergy zombie. I am working on the queue now, but whatever I don't get to today (including tickets), I will tomorrow since I don't work at the clinic tomorrow--

--which brings me to potential announcement . I have jury duty this week. I don't have to report tomorrow, but I won't know about the rest of the week until tomorrow evening. If I need to do jury duty on Wednesday, I'll post again and let you know! Thanks for understanding, as always!
