I am wondering if the broken avatars also have something to do with infections not taking effect? I bought one from the VIP shop hours ago and still have not received a notice that I have been infected. And the shop still tells me that I can change my mind.

Depending on the queue size it can take quite some time to get the first stage. This should not have anything to do with the broken images.

Thanks for the reply. I will just wait. I have put off getting infected for years and have not collected many skins. I am trying to get several this year.

Every time I try to use the Wardrobe, it says "you must be logged in", even when I already am.

Hi ! Just returned after a few days of being gone and my avatar is broken :( sometimes it shows the lil broken pic icon but now its just fully blank. Thanks for being so helpful and amazing!

Thanks, I have been trying, but no luck. :) I am now getting a white page in the wardrobe instead. Will give it some time and check back later. :)

I was having the "not logged in" issue, opened the page and let it sit about 3 minutes and sure as shoot it showed up!

Welp.... I did get it to load, and got my new HA saved, and now I have the borked thumbnail.

Just wanted to update in case it helps sorting everything out. I know how hard it is with all the changes during events so wishing you guys luck <3 and thanking you!!!

Nevermind, it also loaded... looks like most if not all of the issues are just wardrobe lag lol

recently becoming active again and both my avatar and wardrobe are broken.

Wardrobe tells me I need to be logged in to view it - obviously I am logged in. Currently I'm using Chrome Version 88.0.4324.190 on Windows 10 Pro 10.0.18363.

Sadly I wait minutes after minutes, but the wardrope still doesn't work. I wish the staff good luck to fix all the lag's.

just noticed that my wardrobe is unusable. I get a message telling me that i need to be logged in to use it, but obviously i am logged in. my avatar was viewable fine until i started getting the new virus for this years survival. I've not checked the wardrobe in quite a while, i just went on to clear the clothes so the virus was more obvious. tried clearing my cache etc. but no change
