I'm having the same issue as Zennistrad, where the base page won't apply to my avatar but everything else in the wardrobe works.

Wow - so quick, thank you! However... I used the "clear" function to remove some items after applying them, and away went my base layer again and I can't get it back. Again. Am I doing something wrong? Sorry to be a bother!
I can clear it again if you like but that is all I can do unfortunately as I am not a programmer. See if it works now!

okay - thank you! I'll just be careful to not clear all for now.
Unfortunately cannot log in to new subeta and thus cannot in any way load my wardrobe.
It's been this way for me for weeks. I use google chrome and have cleared my cache.

Unfortunately that is another issue that I cannot fix with a reset. There is a board in Site Functionality for login issues.

Hhhhhopefully this is the right place. Returning user here who hasnt been around in well over a year, my wardrobe and avatar don't appear to be working! Thank you.

Hello! I'm hoping I'm in the right place.. but I need help with my Wardrobe! It doesn't load at all, it takes me to an old Subeta page that asks me to log in. I need help please :(

I refreshed, restarted, cleared whatever cache I could find. (other web pages and other subeta pages work fine)
I would check to make sure that you are logged in to the new.subeta.net site but I have reset you again in case it helps.
If the sign in looks like below, then that is the new.subeta.net site that now has the wardrobe (we are moving slowly over to there) and you will need to sign in to use the wardrobe.
This is a sign in issue as well. If you cannot sign into the new.subeta.net site, there is a bug report on site functionality.
