I am using Safari (Version 14.0.1 ) on a MacBook Pro. My avatar was fine before, now I cannot get my base to upload.
Eye shape, eye color, mouth and cleavage are saved but no base skin tone. Clothes show up, but no skin tone.
I am using Chrome, the wardrobe stopped working. It's a blank page. Other browsers same issue.

Hello! I am a returning user and my avatar image is missing from all of the wardrobe pages
Trying to make a new avie, it just won't save... and I can't even save it to outfits for later.
Hey everyone - wardrobe issues should be resolved now. If you're having problems with your avatar at all, please try:
- Go into the wardrobe and click "Wear"
- Clear your browser cache if it is still not updated
If anyone was posting about a broken avatar image (especially returning users), and it is still a broken image after the above two steps, please post again and give me a ping, to make sure it doesn't get overlooked. I apologize for the inconvenience!

I follow the above steps and avatar is broken and 2 outfits in wardrobe are blank.

The issue is my saved outfit. Wearing it broke my avatar. I choose a different outfit and have my avatar, so it might be a more involved issue, but for now I am good.
Could you please post the saved outfit(s) you need help with? We can take a look. Thank you!

hi there, i've had this issue before and sadly it happening again (and i'm missing out on masquerade because of it! ;-; ) my wardrobe is blank except for a page saying 'you must be logged in' which obviously i am, since the rest of the site is working fine for me.
edit: just went back onto my wardrobe, and it's suddenly working again! sorry to have bothered you! i hope it keeps working! xxx

No base, all is fixed
my sister has just logged onto her account for the first time in months, and when she tries to use the wardrobe it gives her a plain white page and wont load. i tried her account on two different laptops and i also cleared the cache like suggested in an above post, but got the same result. she is currently using microsoft edge, but i also tried on google chrome and it still wont load for her. my wardrobe is working fine and i use microsoft edge as well.

I gave you a base again, but you might need to go into the wardrobe and drag it above some items to see it. Let me know if you still have problems with it.

her username is swashbuckler. And I can ask her to make a report here if that would help. Sorry I figured it was a site bug and not a user specific issue and didn’t think she’d need to post here personally.

Thank you. Fwiw, if she's experiencing it and not you, and you're accessing Subeta from the same machine/browser, that usually indicates it is user specific and not necessarily a site issue. Either way, we would still need at least her username so we have an example of a user experiencing the problem to investigate. We couldn't troubleshoot with your account since you aren't experiencing the issue.
In any case, we can troubleshoot more quickly and easily by discussing it directly with the affected party than through a third party speaking on their behalf who hasn't experienced the issue first-hand. If there is some reason she's unable or unwiling to post herself, please let us know and we may be able to accommodate. :)
