Yes!! the heartburn! It just recently started for me. A few years ago I already cut out so many foods that cause inflammation and now I'm thinking I need to cut out stuff for the heartburn. And I love spicy foods too! 😑

Kind of figured you did. I didn't care what I read, so if it was for school it didn't matter to me. This is funny - when I read I would shell and eat sunflower seeds. I put 8 in my mouth and saved the seeds until I finished shelling them all and then would chew them. That sounds way weirder than I thought it was. :-D

I had that a bit, not caring what I read, but I did have preferences. In a pinch, though, I'd read anything - shampoo bottles, cereal boxes, junk mail - whatever was around. Mostly, though, I read a lot of library books!
