, well, I admit, that I’m ‘sloggy’ through it. It reminds me (of a better written/funnier) Kristen Painter book ‘Sucks to be me’. Or rather, I guess since Davidson wrote hers first, KPs book is like hers. Either way, I enjoyed Painters story better. But I’m not giving up on this one. Will probably be like you, and not get any more...unless it’s one of the free kindle books, or I’ve read a serious, deep book and need a silly break.
And yah... I may look into this authors more recent books.

. Ack. How horrible. Even though, since the girl went vegetarian, her health has really improved. (Not eating as much processed foods, etc). At least she went from vegan to vegetarian. Heh. She said she missed eggs to much. And she’s not as strict as she was. (So if I made something with chicken stock instead of veg. She’ll still eat it).

Heh. I’m the only one that eats refried beans. And I buy them in the can. Lol. Bad witchy. I was thinking of fixing some Risotto. (Love me my IP) heh.

I could never be vegan but vegetarian I could easily do. It's just too hard. I call myself a Flexitarian. Meaning I still eat meat but minimally and mostly concentrate on plant foods. No one else eats refried beans? Geez!! And the canned kind are wayyyy too salty for me, so that's why I make them myself. They turned out good. I always add a package of roasted seaweed for the vitamins and you can't even tell it's in there once I blend it up with the immersion blender. I'm so glad you love your IP!! That and my Cuisinart AF is all I need for cooking. LOL

Yesterday we (hubs drove) had to drive north about 45 minutes through heavy Seattle traffic to the number one trauma hospital in the area to get my daughter her first covid vaccine. It went amazingly well!! 👏 Today she and I went on our usual thrift store/bargain store crawl and of course that was fun!!!!! How is your week-end going?
