I've been in an HA making mode the last few days too!!

Soon you'll have 8 plus hours a day!! It was so nice when I had it!! Not that Liz is much trouble but now I don't have designated me time anymore. Right before the pandemic her work hours had gone up to 3 a shift and that was so nice. for one whole week until they shut down. Now an hour and a half is her shifts so really no me time.

Taking it easy today, busy the rest of the week. Nothing too bad, just running errands and on Saturday taking my special needs daughter an hour (maybe less if no traffic) away for her first covid vaccine. I am very excited!! I hope you get an A on your paper!! :-)

HA! , I didn’t cook yesterday! Hahahahaaa, I’ve found these SeaPack egg rolls (spring rolls) and I’ve gotten addicted to them. Also found a good pot sticker/dumpling. That I can Actually cook Properly and Taste decent. So I cooked up some of each , yesterday and that’s what I had. Today is gray and rainy, Knees are swollen, I have an avocado that’s almos to ripe, so, I’ll probably have tuna and avo, for lunch, and just have tomato soup for dinner.

See. I don’t cook all the time :D

I’m kind of mad at myself, because I was craving French onion soup. Made the man get me a bottle of sherry, got onions and gruyere, then I haven’t fixed it. Just haven’t felt the energy for it. So, wasting onion. :/

Ah well. At least it’s only onion. I’m sure I’ll use the cheese. And as long as I don’t open it, it should stay good for a while.
