Well, at the beginning of last year I was bringing a lot of my bakes to work, but that's kind of been frowned upon since last March so we've been eating it all x.x I try and do a savory bake where I can so that it's incorporated into our dinner.. and if I'm doing sweet baking I'll often cut the recipe in half. My dough is just chilling now! I know you and have been interested in my shawl. I JUST finished it and I'm blocking it now. So I'll have photos really soon!

Yeah I'll feel SO much better. I'm hoping maybe some of my anxiety dissipates too. I've been so bad lately and it's totally pandemic driven. My sausage buns turned out GREAT! I'm making almond cookies today xD

Thanks C: Can't wait for Tuesday! That's the first day we'll be allowed back at the gym. It's also the first day our esthetics can re-open so I'll be taking clients again! I'm not sure how I feel about that right now. It's been so calm at work 'cause the massage therapists are SO chill. The Estheticians buzz at a way higher frequency and constantly have drama :/ Cookies are in the oven!

Oh, they will. I'm planning to work just 4 day weeks once the hecticness of re-opening calms down and there isn't as much demand from clients. I just need a break from it! Can't WAIT. What are your plans for the weekend? Anything for v-day? I hope Survival starts today!

Yes and no. I don't want to have to have a million conversations about the pandemic with clients and that's literally all it is all day long. I also have one of my least favourite clients my first week back, ugh. :k We're going to make a charcuterie board for ourselves for V-Day! So tomorrow we're going to go out shopping for cheeses xD

She's SUPER picky and SUPER annoying to talk to. She obviously has no friends and she seems to think that I'm her friend.. but like the only reason I'm doing your service is because you're paying me. She talks poorly about herself all the time and I never know how to respond and then always wants little extras from me for no extra price. She's just an annoying few hours while she's there. So draining. Hahah we like to think so ;)

I was just thinking I hadn't read a romance novel in quite a few years. I used to only read about one per year though. lol Mostly biographies and I used to love Ann Rule books too.

I'm feeling /a lot/ better today. A lot...so I think it was just a cold -don't shoot me we didn't go- My taste and smell is completely back and everything. Still just a little tired + sore throat, but that's it. I'm still not going to volunteer tomorrow so I don't spread any germs (even with a mask), though. They found someone to cover me. I have heard /so/ much about TikTok...but I've never been on there, either. It's short videos, right? Yes, Survival needs to come soon! 😢 Just need something new on Subeta, haha. Hmm...if you're having some creative HA troubles, maybe think of a theme for a couple days or a week or something like that? I dunno...I usually pick an item or 2 and build around that.

It could be a time sink though - you might have so much fun you forget how long you've been there. But the key word is "could". I usually do it when I have a few spare minutes and I'm bored. Like during TV commercials. lol Every HA I make has a theme or a story - in my own head. Sometimes coming up with the theme is the issue. Since my hubs is Chinese I usually do a Lunar new Year theme every year but there aren't any Oxen animals , that I can find on subeta, so I made an HA that is celebrating. :-P
