Heya, all I’m getting on mobile for the wardrobe page is a blank white screen. I’m on an iPhone 6 (iOS 12.4.8) using Safari (can’t find the version number, sorry!). I tried clearing my cache (or, at least, I deleted the “website data” my phone was storing for Subeta), disabled my adblocker, and also told safari to allow “cross-site tracking” in case it was somehow not carrying the information over from subeta to new.subeta, but nothing has worked so far. :/

I've no idea what just happened but the page is white again on the wardrobe.
I actually really enjoy the Night Mode, but it's very jarring with all pet and item images having the white backgrounds.

yep, completely white. No background image, menu, no infinite loading, just a completely white page.

I’m only getting white pages too on my iPad, tried both Chrome and Safari.
What versions of Chrome and Safari?
Since you two are on desktop, could you and check the browser console and let me know if it says anything there? To open the browser console, it is Ctrl+Shift+J on Firefox and Chrome. (Don't worry about doing it on Safari for now)

Since my post here, it's returned to normal. I'm on the latest Chrome and Windows 10 without any applicable extensions. I think we've had this discussion before?
I should mention, in case it matters, that I'm actually on a laptop. I keep saying desktop, because that's how I use it. Anyhow this is what comes up when I hit Ctrl+Shift+J.

I can't memorize what browsers/devices everybody uses, so please include this information with every report.
Hm, do you also get those same console messages on other (non-Subeta) webpages, because at first glance those don't seem to be related. Thank you for looking though.

I'm also just getting the blank page. I'm on a Samsung tablet, Android 9, with Chrome version 79.0.3945.116. My wardrobe was working fine yesterday.
I also tried it on my new Samsung phone, which is Android 10, Chrome version 86.0.4240.110, and that one works.
So I'm guessing that means I have to update Chrome? I'm always scared to upgrade apps when I read all the negative comments people post about how bad the new versions are. LOL
Yea, it’s completely white and blank (again, iOS 12, mobile safari) and I’ve noticed that it loads to the blank screen pretty quickly, if that matters/helps at all.

Okay, I figured out how to run multiple Firefox versions at once lol. I'm able to reproduce on 72.0.2 and I've got an error message. Just trying to find out what is causing it. I assume this is the same error the others are having as well.

And yes, that message is the same on any page - from google to a random news page. LOL guess I should try and figure out what it means.

I'm working on a fix now! Our code is actually... not wrong; It looks like we just used a newer feature of JavaScript in some places that is so new that I guess even browsers from early 2020 didn't have it, haha. I'm currently hunting these down and rewriting the code in a different way to not have that error, hopefully won't be long!
[edit] This actually doesn't make sense to me. This was in code that was untouched since before this update, so this WAS working and I have no clue why it suddenly broke. If this is the reason it's broken for you now, then it should have been broken for you before too. I'm still rewriting it since it seems like that may fix your issue, but yeah, weird. We'll see if this is actually the problem...

, to answer your query: Upgrading your browser is a good idea in general, because browsers regularly make security updates so not upgrading can mean you are more vulnerable to malicious hacking/attacks. That said, I try to be reasonable and I want to make the site playable as much as is possible. The note in my last post was because some reports have mentioned browsers that are several years old, and it's becoming increasingly impossible for us to support those while still modernizing our code as necessary. But for this issue, it's reported in browsers from as soon as early 2020, definitely recent enough that we should reasonably support those!
