I really do hope that they'll add the banner 5* to the non banner wishes at some point. Maybe not now, since they've just been released, but maybe after they repeat the banners or after a year or so. That would be nice. I'm sick of only pulling Monas and I'm a bit afraid to try the non-banner wishes, since I might get another Mona xD

I'm still working on leveling and gearing up the second team, but I tried the abyss again and managed to beat a few floors! Yay! Though I guess that's no surpise, since the enemies were level 50-60 and even though I have crap gear, my lvl 70 razor made short work of them.

I did manage to get some nice artifacts this past week! Today I got a flower one with atk, crit damage, atk% and energy recharge. Perfect! So I leveled it to lvl 15 and only then realised it's a Maiden's Beloved flower. OOPS. Are there any healers that scale off attack damage? xD

Ahhh fingers crossed they do add the banner characters back. I want Venti! XD Agree that rolling on the standard banner is quite dangerous because of the chance of getting a 5 star weapon instead of a character x_x;

Both Qiqi and Jean scale off attack, so that flower would be decent on them! Congrats on the artifacts! :) Bennett also likes having high attack, because his attack buff burst scales off attack, but it only scales off base attack, so the only thing he cares about is weapon level and his own level.

I swear, this game knows what artifacts I need from a domain, and only gives me parts of the other set.

Need Maidens Beloved? I'll get Viridiscent Venerer. Need Heart of Depth? I'll get Blizzard Strayer. Need Noblesse? I'll get Bloodstained Chivalry.

I guess my Sucrose is going to be using Viridiscent Venerer, I'll gear up Chongyun and Kaeya, and Fischl will have to make do with the Chivalry set.

I'm currently AR 45, and plan to stay here for quite a while because I've been too lazy to farm artifacts. I learned the hard way not to rank up too early~

That said, since pulling Ganyu (thank u based pity) she's breathed a whole new lease of life into the game for me. I really enjoy playing her, and she's so strong that really the rest of my team is negotiable. I've been experimenting with different team compositions (especially as no Genshin content creators seem to be able to settle on an 'optimal' team for her) and that's been quite fun.

Currently rolling with Ganyu (primary DPS), Xingqiu (enabler), Venti (crowd control) & Jean (healer/meme queen). Being able to effectively permanently stunlock Ruin Guards has been tremendously fun~

Just praying that Mona comes home eventually. I'd really like to swap her for Xingqiu (and also experiment with pairing her with Klee) but RNG is against me and just keeps giving me Diluc instead.

Yayyy Ganyu users unite! I honestly really enjoy using her, she's like a cannon.

I was messing around with teams with her, yours sounds like a lot of fun! Are you doing full blizzard strayer perma freeze build for her artifacts? I found that pretty darn fun. Right now, I'm getting a lil hype for the Zhongli/geo resonance buffs coming soon, so I've been running her as Retracing Bolide for that juicy 40% damage bonus when shielded, since it's so ridiculously hard to farm Wanderers Troupe >XD So my team looks like Ganyu (DPS), Zhongli (subdps), Albedo (subdps), Diona (healer)

I need to abuse cryo resonance to get enough crit rate cos artifact farming hates me XD;

Dang hopefully you get a Mona at some point! I heard her hydro application may not be fast enough for perma freeze Ganyu, but I also agree that Xingqiu is a bit awkward to use on this team because charged shots don't set off his burst for whatever reason >_>;

I decided not to roll for him, but I think a good team for him would probably include an ameno battery and maybe Fischl or Xingqiu or other support characters that can deal damage when theyre off field since Xiao wants to be on field forever. I was trying to think through team builds as I was deciding to roll or not. XD

Maybe Xiao/Venti or Sucrose/Fischl/Xingqiu or Healer? :D I guess it depends on how much energy you need, some people are saying they want 2 ameno batteries for him. Or you could just slap in Zhongli for his awesome shield that now has a res shred.

It's just that my first main was Razor, and I guess I'm more into the swappy swappy teams rather than "throw all of my buffs on then slap things with my selfish carry" kind of mindset now. Oh nice. It actually took me so long to get Razor and he was one of the few 4 stars that I wanted to build since I liked his look/skills. That's kind of all I've known since Klee was like my main DPS and she's pretty selfish at C0. Hopefully Venti comes back soon. He's way too useful for everything. I wonder when/if they'll start doing reruns - Hopefully it isn't a year after their debut banner.

As much as I'm enjoying Xiao I actually love Ganyu so much more. She's so strong and fun for me. Kind of wish I aimed for more constellations honestly.

I really love Ganyu, she's so excellent and the ZL buffs are perfect for her because I tended to play her close range anyways and the shield protects her from staggers and the res shred and ok I'll stop talking about ZL now but omg, Geo Daddy is Shining Finally ok ill stop. It's honestly so satisfying to get like a 50k melt shot off w Ganyu on a ruin guards face LOL I was really lucky and managed to get C1 Ganyu while pulling for some Xingqiu cons and I'm so grateful XD ;

I really hope that reruns come at some point! I wonder if we'll get like, an Archon banner. I would probably roll in it LOL.

Yes, the new boss wasnt bad! I dont have any pressing need to farm him, so I only did him once. It was pretty fun XD I do like that theyre trying to do diff concepts/mechanics instead of just DPS race.

She honestly is. Maan I so wish I pulled for geo daddy now. He just seems way too good with nearly every team. And I still lack a good geo I do have ningguang but she's C0. Gimmie. Ganyu just too strong and he just makes her stronger ;_; C1 is nice with that energy boost.

At the moment I'm just exploring with Xiao/Venti/Fishl/Ganyu and it's pretty fun. I can't make myself take Ganyu out just yet. ;D I'm liking him a bit more now that I'm actually playing him.

Would be interesting if that's how they came back. Would push people to pull when someones out on their own banner more if they did that.

Ohhh tbh well, Ganyu is still a great support because of how strong her Q is and how long it lasts :D So you can use her in any team as well really! Who needs a healer when you're just exploring >XD

Yeah, I think that might be the caveat they include... I would really think twice about rolling for Venti only if his banner included like, Klee or Childe or someone I'm really not interested in. X_X; I hope they are kind and do not do something like that lol.

I did it! I got a 5* that's not Mona! Yaaay! I got Xiao. I'm so happy! But I'm absolutely not prepared. I've no clue what kind of team I'd need to support Xiao, and I haven't finished gearing up my Mona team yet either. Plus my main team still has some artifact improvements to go. Ugh. I guess I better first stick to fleshing out those two teams before turning to Xiao. Maybe I can pair Xiao with Sucrose who I've been leveling, Barbara for the heals and the Anemo Traveler? My traveler has a Festering Desire equipped, so she's an ER machine! But I could also stick in a Fischl

Oooh, I saw a youtube video about someone killing that new boss using Noelle and a ranged character. I tried with my lvl 40 Noelle and lvl 88 Fischl. They're totally owning that boss. My Noelle doesn't even have any decent artifacts or weapon, just random lvl 1 artifacts with some def on em, but that's enough to shield when the text tells you to shield. Other than that, stay at range and fire away with a ranged character. That should totally do it! I saw a guide for melee characters too, but you'll need to dodge a lot at the correct times, which I suck at. So I didn't try that.

Congrats on Xiao!! It does sound like your theoretical team is good for Xiao, it seems like we can really dedicate the other 3 slots to support characters because Xiaos big spear brings all the dps we need >XD
