I collect Tamagotchi's IRL. on subeta i collect minions. :D
Oh my fiance and I collect so much! I collect shot glasses, miniatures, Kamen Rider Figure-Rise Figures, dinosaur figures and toys, anything cryptid related, rocks and things I find on my walks and single issue horror comics! My fiance collects records, comic books (collected volumes not single issues like me), horror movies, posters, Kamen Rider toys and DC action figures! We definitely believe in that maximalist life style lol
I'm definitely an avid collector!
Digitially I have a collection of ebooks and games.
I have a ton of Neon Genesis Evangelion figures, from my anime figure collecting days. I also collect blind box toys. Most of my collection is Pop Mart, 52Toys, Rolife, Sanrio, and Toki Doki. But I would say I love collecting Unicornos the most!
I'm a doll collector, who mostly collects Rainbow High dolls. But I've also snagged other dolls like Ever After High, Barbie, and Lica.
I love J-Fashion and have been collecting a lot of Lolita, Fairy Kei, and Decora pieces: clips, jewelry, necklaces, dresses (jsks), wrist cuffs, bracelets, shoes, my beloved cloud pants, skirts, socks, petticoats, and headdresses. I'm pretty happy with my wardrobe! I've almost completed all my coords (the outfits) , which is actually quite difficult in our community because we get too preoccupied with the idea of new dresses sometimes.
I also have a ton of makeup palettes (Colourpop mostly), indie eyeshadow singles (Bitterlace Beauty, Dandy Lion Co, Copecatic Cosmetics, and Fyrinnae have been my favorites) , skincare, and a ton of indie bath and body care! I've been happy to finally make some headway on the sugar scrubs.
My biggest collection is my indie perfume collection, which focuses mainly on hyperrealistic gourmand scents for both savory and sweet scents. I've been really into Osmofolia, Morari, Sorcellerie Apothecary, and Solstice Scents lately! A lot of it is 1ml samples, with a couple of 5ml bottles thrown in between.
I also have a box full of wax melts, free from any MLM garbage and mostly from Willow Waxcraft, A Bathing Garden, Woof Wix, Athame & Alchemy, Columbia Candle Company, and Sweets for Your Skin.
Not an unintentional collection, but of course, I have a large collection of crafting supplies for clay art, jewelry, accessories, and general crafts. My current hoard is a 'one of these days I will start on this project' sort of collection.
My family also has an ever-growing collection of Halloween decorations, which of course, will probably expand in the following months.

Pokemon cards are the only physical thing I collect these days. I used to "collect" shot glasses from different places. Idc as much though. I stopped asking people to bring me one back. I only get one if I am going myself.

I collected dolls for a while when I was around 11-13. I like dolls and find them interesting, but any level of actual collecting is expensive and takes up a lot of space. I do still have my childhood Magic Nursery doll and favourite Barbie doll and my mother's childhood Barbie and Skipper (I do regret a bit that I didn't keep my incredibly 90s Skipper doll, I hope whoever bought her from my parents' garage sale took her on many fun adventures).
For a while I collected novelty dice, not the RPG kind but regular six-sided dice that were interesting to me in some way. For example I have a couple that are erasers, one that is sphere with a ball-bearing inside it, and a set of hand-carved wooden dice that come in a box decorated to look like a die. However I haven't added anything to that collection in ages and as I am going to be moving AGAIN in a couple months, some-to-all it might go in the pre-packing downsizing.
I collected music boxes for a while in my late teens and twenties, mostly from thrift stores. My goal was for every music box I owned to play a different song. Music boxes also tend to take up a lot of space and be very delicate. I lost a few to breaking in transit during different moves. I have decided to get rid of most of the ones I have left, keeping only a few sentimental ones and some vintage Fisher Price toy ones. (I have this love of old Fisher Price toys, they're just so cheerful.) I have a couple Fisher Price music boxes from the 60s that look like old radios, and have decided I would like to collect three, maybe four, more and display them properly. I know there was one that played Lets Go Fly a Kite and one that played The 12 Days of Christmas, and those are the two I would like to have the most. Unfortunately, I think the 12 Days of Christmas one in working condition might be quite rare.
I also have 10 of the leather bound classics from Canturbury Classics, see here: https://www.canterburyclassicsbooks.com/books/classic-tales-of-mystery-9781645178149/, as well as a number of anthologies that contain short stories by my favourite author. I have never really thought of either of those as collections before now, just as some of my many books, but I suppose they are since I specifically set out to collect them and display them as sets.

I am an avid media collector of all things digital, and I love making trading cards so I also collect a wide variety of these. Baseball mostly at the moment, but have and will expand onto the geek IPs I love so much. Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: the Gathering, etc.
crystals, scented candles, angel statues, and sonic the hedgehog merch.
one of these things is not like the others

I collect only the Flocked Funko Pops very actively, sometimes I buy a random booster for Pokémon cards just for fun/nostalgic reasons and if it counts yarn (which I do use for projects haha).
Vintage ornaments! I’m a dude in his 20s with “Old lady tendencies” as my friends say because of it. But idc lol
Rocks, ever since I was a child
I collect books about local legends (not fairy tales though), it is a wild mix, especially if I get my hand on some pre 1700 ones. Sadly the collection of traditions and legends this old is dieing out where I live, so I collect what I can.
Other than that I used to collect pokemon cards, but it has become too stressfull and expensive for me.
"Ask me about extinct jawless fish"
I just recently started collecting vintage crochet books! Its still a really small collection but it is definitely a collection lol
I collect a bunch of different toys.
Plushies in general, but I do focus on certain species (lions, wolves, raccoons, sheep, bunnies are the big ones.)
My Little Ponies (the 80s-early 2000s ones, nothing after G3.)
Puppy in My Pocket and Littlest Pet Shop (the 90s ones.)
Realistic animal figures (Schleich, Safari Ltd. etc.)
Lion King stuff.
Aside from toys, I also collect bottlecaps and vintage and/or weird cookbooks.
Antique clocks i have about 70
I wish I could go back in time..
i collect sonny angel vinyl figures, vaporeon merch, SHINee albums and stickers!!!

I used to collect stuffed animals but I don't really have the space or desire for that now. I'll still do collecting of virtual items (currently, in Subeta, I'm collecting minions) but I don't do irl collecting anymore. ¯(ツ)/¯
