Loved the stages of Metalmorphosis. So many would be great as one off items. Wish they'd have a contest and let us vote on stages from each years strains to have made as an actual item.

I'm guessing there will be a news announcement for how we claim the free skin. They haven't mentioned it again that I know of since the glitch.

Thank goodness they aren't canceling the progression of our current skins and letting us have it. ] I'm not sure I want another skin... I do have to wait until the one I've got finishes right?

You can claim your free skin without it messing with your current zombie progression, according to the news post. And then you just have to wait out the progression of your current strain before you can claim in the wardrobe.

Next chance at skins will be the human zapper at morostide.

So I wait until my skin is done I'm working on then after I go to my wardrobe to activate the skin I picked?

Went and claimed mine! Surprised that we were able to choose from any year.....

I'm almost done with my current strain as well, which is nice.

I've not picked a skin yet but from the news it sounds like picking your "free" skin will just unlock it for you automatically so you can do it anytime. Though we have through April to pick the free zombie strain so there is no harm waiting until after your current strain completes. I'm probably going to wait until after I've completed my current strain mostly because decisions are hard for me and I have no idea which to pick. lol

Hi everyone. I'm working on Pinkie Patch and chose Blistering Hearts. It worked just fine. Hearts got unlocked and didn't interfere at all with Pinkie. I had a hard time choosing because I really don't like any of them. lol But I chose Hearts because its a skeleton and I thought I could use that at Morostide. But that lessening the time and number of phases this year was really nice! When Pinkie is done I'll have gotten six skins. That is unheard of for me. :)

Blistering Hearts is a cool skin!

I chose grainy (Queasea) for similar reasons. I'm running out of skins that I actually like. I'm leaning towards bindi bite and dolly dreadful next year at least.

Might also get a vial strain because I want to see the stages of the new 2022 strains first. I had chosen Magical for my first skin this year (lost to glitch) and was sorta disappointed. I wanted a bit more fairy-like strain.

Hi! I did Delicate twice because of that glitch. But I got all four of the new ones, Clusterflux, Deathslug, Blistering Hearts, and soon Pinkie Patch. I forgot Flux and Slug - so eight skins in all, not six. That's so cool. I love that they let us choose a skin from any year, too. That was awesome.

I really want The Rift. If it was a zombie skin I would have gotten it long ago. I wish there was a way to get it besides the incredibly teeny chance through the Rift itself, which has not happened in all this time and I do it every day. Sigh.

I got Delicate, Magical and Grainy from this year. Should have also had pointy but lost it to the glitch and didn't do it again. Also got Brain Rot, Clusterflux, Lobster Face and I'm working on Bubble Jelly. No idea which skin I'll pick for the free one. Will save Pointy for another year as it's only 6 stages.

I personally find most of the skins gross so I think the only one that doesn't make me nauseous to think of is the "crack head" one. Odd I don't have it, but I've gone through my wardrobe more than once looking at what I had vs what I wanted (if any) and that's what I came up with.

I prefer all the Morostide zapper ones TBH. Glade and storm, those are COOL to me.

Although the grainy one I do kind of like and the love sucks one...I need to probably see which is older and has the likelihood of "retiring" I suppose...

Oh yes, I think most of the skins are really gross too, which is why I'm not likely to use them. lol But the ones I do like are Bindi Bite, Clouds, Experiment 0003, Experiment 2795, Galactic, Glade, Ice, Jakkrow, Magma, Naughty Nip, Nebula, Pointy, Specter, Water, & Wildcat.

Nice to see other people find a lot of older skins gross! I think those skins were made during staff members' teen years. That's when many people become interested in gruesome stuff right?

No offense to staff, they did great with the designs of those skins and their stages! I'm just a little squeamish when I see them.

Yes, only a ser few that I like as well. I also noticed I didn't have one of the original skins, the "virus" skin. How odd... well I guess I probably should go for that one as it's least likely to come around and become "retired' I'll grab the "crack head" next season and maybe "grainy"

It's hard to know what caused the interest in the very gruesome designs, however, they're not for me. Just thinking about someone having to look like that for any reason makes my stomach turn.

On the other hand, look at my stage...how exciting here I come! :D

Also, I've been roaming around the Masquerade shops as well. Lots to try for when that one starts! It's hard I suppose when you've been gone for a few years.

I would love for there to be less stages or quicker stages. I figure they wouldn't remove both of those things permanently but it would be great if they lowered one of them.

Yeah, crackhead is definately one of the most useable. It was my first zombie strain as I was wearing it still when the skins became something we could keep. I had kept crackhead for years and covered up. Was sooooo happy when the skins became a thing and I could be human again. And yeah, if you don't play subeta for a few years there will be a ton more items to sift through when you return, especially in event shops.

I find so many of them gross. There are a few I probably won't even bother to get unless we get more free ones some time and they are the only ones I don't have.

Some of those gross skins in my opinion have some okayish stages. I think Deathworms is one of them.

And some I might be able to stomach some skins better with certain face wearables such as eyes or face makeup. I think Grossfungus is one of those.

I definitely enjoyed the Lamour Parlor items this year. The mixing bowl was among my favorites.

I'm ready to move to the dancing for sure, I just wasn't into the "virus" must be a thing that comes with age or maturity...or who knows tbh

I think I'd be 100% if they designed a new "theme" or holiday however you'd call it, instead.
