at work by myself today so kinda grumpy XD harder handling it all on your own. Hopefully its not to large of a repair?

I think it is, although it hasn't affected us very much so far. We noticed a bit of the wall near the bathroom ceiling warping, and the inspection revealed that it has to be cut into, some pipes have to be replaced, and then the wall gets patched back up. The plumbers will be working on it today and then coming back in September because we're renting a house to get away at the end of this month.
