My day has been a doozy. I have a new boss who is a micro-manager. She decided that my coworkers and I can't have coffee together in the mornings anymore because it "doesn't look professional." Nevermind that that's when we all find out what each other is working on project-wise. She also banned a particular co-worker from coming to my office because she "distracts me from my work." Now, I have to sneak back there to talk to her, even if it's work related.

Guess who will be filing a grievance next week?

It is my hope that fall will turn this 2020 around psl, cooler weather, leaves all good things to come!!

Morning how are we all today? Just walked my son to nursery and saw the leaves are beginning to fall - yay for Autumn coming!

Ooft 9 till 9:30 is rough. I used to work 7:30 till 8 some days and by the time I got home I was pretty much unconscious. And that wasn't a particularly strenuous job so goodness knows how you manage it!

Anyway, I'm going to spend my day grumping around as I've had a headache for 4 days now and I'm utterly fed up.
