Hello everyone, hope you are all doing well! I am trying to get back into Subeta, life has been chaotic and my gf and I are currently looking for a place to live- it's really weird not having a home for going on the third month, but that's covid19 for you huh! I am trying to imagine we're like Bilbo Baggins, learning to look at life as an adventure even when you don't know where you will end up. :P 2020 has been a bizarre year! Wishing you all safety and healthy in these troubled times.

It's funny that you say it's a mouth full, Ms , cause the festival is centered around food and drink :P Seems appropriate that the name of it would be a mouthful, huh? :D

I'm glad to see a lot of people coming back around. Hopefully we can liven the place up a little bit, again. I miss playing and de-stressing with you guys ^_^ and I'm so glad to hear we succeed in making everyone feel welcome :D I love CwF, always have!! /muah!!!

Just came back from a two hour walk with a couple of friends. It's just a short distance from their homes and the Seniors residence that I live in, but you would think you were in a different world. Beautiful old forest, with new small trees growing up all over, a creek with a waterfall, lots of wild raspberries to snack on. The mountains surround it. The birds were in concert form. We saw a Huge puff ball with giant leaves just about completely surrounding it. I never saw anything like it before. One of my friends wanted to pop it but I kept her from doing it. Heaven only knows what would have come out of it. We might have been eaten alive. 😆 The wild flowers were gorgeous. They take walks on different trails through there 3 or 4 times a week. I had only been on one of the short trails because I would have never found my way back out on my own if I wandered off of it. Now that they know I can stay up with them, I can go with them again sometimes. They're just kids in their 70's. 😄

my partner and I just moved to British Columbia in May (from ON), we are taking so many more walks now lol. Observing nature when it's been so much more quiet out has been amazing ^.^
