It was a very strange 4th of July where I lived. There wasn't any cookouts or a fireworks display, but several neighbors did light firecrackers.

It is so hot here in Ohio. I had to reschedule Starlight's follow up appt because it's in the 90's here and I didn't want to take her out in that heat. I am off next week from work (annual shutdown) so I made an appt for 9 am on Monday. It's only in the 80's next week.

, I have central air in the house. I keep it at 70 degrees because it is hot upstairs. I have to use a throw when I am downstairs watching TV.
We have also been having thunderstorms which make it muggy and hot.
When I get in my car which has been out in the sun for 4 hours at work, the thermostat in my vehicle says it's 99. I am so glad that I had the freon refilled in my vehicle a few weeks ago.
I am off to work. Stay cool and safe.

Hi . I'm so glad to hear your have central air! I left my car windows open while I was visiting my daughter and family so the car wouldn't get hot inside. Big Mistake. The cottonwood trees were in full attack mode blowing the cotton stuff around. It looked like I had a car full of snow. 😄 Have a good day and you stay safe and cool too dear friend.
