I just can not believe it's May already! It's been such a comfortable April here! I hope May stays pleasant and heats up slowly instead of all at once. I always say that every cool day in April and May is a day stolen from summer. We stole an entire month this year!

My husband has been on vacation the past few days and we stayed up so late playing a run-and-gun PC game that I'm just now getting started with my day! I'm proud to say that I'm just as formidable an opponent as he is. It's usually a really close game between us. I remember, back in the early days of PC gaming, all the disparaging remarks about female gamers. I don't see anything like that anymore.

High School kids scare me! 😆 I don't think I could have taught in high school, even typical kids. Though I did sub in special-needs middle school and it wasn't bad, really. I've just always preferred preschool through early elementary.

Mine are no longer in the house, but I still feed them outside. I don't have an inhaler! That would have totally been helpful! My oldest daughter showed up today with her husband and 4 kids. We hugs and kissed and played and I have NO idea how I am going to do social distancing on Sunday when I go back to work. Ugh. I hope this corona pandemic is finished...

My face was all scrunched up and got captured by the camera- I busted out laughing! It's gonna take some getting used to as we get more sunny days!!
