Friends, I appreciate your concern and prayers. But unfortunately my mother passed away in her sleep. Right now we're undergoing the steps for the incident.

I'm keeping what calm I can, my brother though is taking it hard. My other siblings may come later, and my aunts should be able to contact relatives in Mexico.

She's at peace now, all the more reason to soldier on. I'll see her again, that I promise.

My update for now is we're awaiting officials to transport her body to a morgue before we can enter together. We had all viewed just before coroners stepped in to begin tranfer.

Sometime ago I had imagined a scenario where this occurs. I had shown the calmness to deal with the first steps. Not a dry eye in the house, save mine. Some managed to express the gratitude for what seems normal behavior in me. It'll sink in with me, just not now.

I delayed a 2327 in favor of a memorial pet, [pet not found] Its bare bones for now, I want to make efforts to make a more elaborate profile.

Truly sad to learn of your mama's passing. Losing anyone close to us is never easy, and losing a parent is in a class all its own. What love she had surrounding her! Praying that you will feel God's peace and grace during this time.

Wow. I feel so sad for you :( you seem to be so incredibly level-headed and not letting your emotions take over though which is probably extremely important for your siblings as you guys get through this together.

Days off are fun. I hope you had a nice rest. We even working throughout Hanuccah, and the one day off I took, to help with one of my kids' move. My son and daughter in law and their 3 girls. en I think of the, it's always "my daughter in law" but I have 2, soon to have 3, but the first one is THE daughter n law. :D
