Somehow a feeling to get cleaning overpowered me this morning. And although my furniture and decor are pretty much the same, I feel better taking time to make order amidst my chaos.

For this and finishing the semester, I had a Rum and Coke. If my friend is able ti receive me, I'm returning his engine stand and jack so he can outline what he wants to do with his Lamborghini's engine problem.

A few more days and I get my reward.

Are as good as they sound?

They are, especially if the meat is rabbit. Normally we have chicken, or in a pinch bean. We top them with avocado cream sauce, sour cream, and red chilé sauce.

They're good because they're fried.

I might just have to try them the next time I go to a Mexican restaurant. :)

A restaurant's is decent plate, IMO homemade are far better. It'll always depend on which.

Oh, I'm sure. Homemade ANYTHING is usually better.

I can certainly attest to that. An enchilada plate first fried then baked with fire is just indescribable when it comes to home cooking.

We ought to bury this place, because it is dead.
