It took me forever to get one copy each of the new books. I quit trying after that!

Good! My connection is back up to speed, and I was able to resubmit some low grade assignments. I have until the 9th to get my grades as high as possible, not counting the finals. Until I get my grades after finals, they're mid 90s at this time.
I should research the requirements for Sword with expansion, I don't want to end up delaying any play because of insufficient memory or so.

I'm still dumbfounded that I'm the only student in shop to ever wear appropriate shop clothes and steel toe boots, or to wear safety glasses at all. This was fun! The next step is to look into next semester's lineup for open spots, as long as I can pay tuition I'm going for it.
It'll be a sushi sendoff when I finish.
Awesome! Do they offer scholarships there? Or grants? My husband told me that they have a lot of folks there who come through vocational rehab, so you are not really working next to folks who have had the best lives coming into the program. It is good they are trying tho! I would think they would have a dress code, and requirements tho. Safety first!
I do know I didn't qualify for federal aid, having taken two classes in spring. But since I don't have the same obligations as other students, it balances out. As for grants or scholarships, I would need to look into it. I'm certain they have some stiff requirements.
I am doing this for the purpose of achieving independence, but also to make use of this outrageous amount of free time I have.
Yeah, worth looking into, for sure! Can't hurt...all they can say is, "no." Hopefully, politely so....lol
I missed a day. Yesterday probably. So much for those two achievements. Rats.
Which ones were you workin' on? I kinda feel like I cheated on my Charity achievement. They left the Fireside things open well past midnight, and I finished at about 2am. That was my last Fireside achievement, save the Cursed Effigy one. Eh.....c'est la vie. lol

Charity is open all year. NO cheating was involved. MIdnight subeta is 7 hours in my "next day" but I still missed the cut off today for last night :( (if that makes any sense) Melody gives 2 each yeat. I missed Friday and Saturday :/ grumble. I was actually ON for a few minutes Friday morning but forgot about Melody's Cottage, and slept in today and missed both melody and bathhouse last night's cut off. Oh well. I missed the Cursed Effigy too, and I will probably never catch up on throwing snow balls to get the top tier. One year they had a snowball war and were selling snowballs b the 100s. I am only at 71 snowballs. 😆 I had never thrown one at anyone in all the years I have been here. I was such an introvert, and only quested, stocked my shops, made sP, and only had one friend. She passed away, and when she was gone, I just isolated. Not because of that, just didn't feel like talking with anyone. I posted occasionally on the forums, but never active. Then I met this gal, Ashley, cough cough, and all her habits rubbed off on me. I swear I had no control over it. It was like she took over my brain, or something..... 😆 She steered me here, and while I don't post a lot, I know a few folks pretty well, and actually feel more a part of something. It feels nice. :)
