We got 6 inches of snow Sunday night, and haven't been above 20F the past 3 days. I call bogus weather! WAY too early for this crap!

So you don't miss 100+ days, droughts or non stop air conditioning? It usually takes longer...

It's still been 65°+ for a week now. I prefer above freezing temps, but I do love snow. I hope it gets back to autumnal weather soon!

Yes, I do love Autumn ,my favorite season of all! I would rather have cool temps than hot, just not frigid. Both hot and frigid are physically painful for me, so cool weather is the winner for me! :)

That's what I was thinking; I have another friend who finds cold weather physically painful. I do hope it will jump back to autumn for you. It really is too early for snow!

Wouldn't you know it, we got a light dusting of snow and hail. I think this means we'll be hard pressed to set up our wood stove.

Anyone gearing up for trick-or-treaters in real life? I've got candy, but given that we've not had a single one in the 19 years I've lived here, I don't expect it this crazy year, either. (So naturally, I bought candy I like. . . .)

That's early for you guys, too, isn't it? It was just over 70° here today, which is a little late for that for East TN.

I'm fine with it, all the more reason to set up our wood stove, break out the cold weather clothes, and stop buying so much ice.

I've lived in the desert southwest for over thirty years, it's either infernal summers or cold winters. I'm a cold freak because of it, so I want to live where no woman would follow.

You tossed your Warding Hag Stone into the rift and a moment of calm is followed by a flash of red lightning, before the rift shoots out Magical Twilight Feli Headband! Thank you ever so much, Rift!

Hail and snow....yikes. When do you usually set up your wood stove?

Around the end of October, or when the first major cold snap occurs. We want to do this today, despite not having for the stove pipe.

Hey all! Do those of you that have gotten the have any suggestions? I'm carrying the nip, but I'm not having any luck. Has anyone heard if there is a certain section that he hides more than another?

- Well, seems like you are on track with the end of October. Today we are in the low 50's. Wonky idiot weather.....lol

I have heard Section 1 is where to find the new minion. No luck here either. I have worn the nip, changed active pet, everything I can think of. Frustrating to say the least, especially since there is only one wave of items there this year.

Maybe I come off as cold and indifferent, but today I was shocked in that same end of the spectrum. A friend of a friend demonstrated much more when it came to what he though he had. This lady, is everything he asked for physically and then some.

What drove this poor lass away was his lack of appreciation. She needed him in what is really something simple. Changing a tire, or even being there. She asked if he could do it, he doesn't want to get dirty. She asked that he learn, he won't get his clothes dirty. She pleaded to just come be there, offering to cook for him instead of going out. He said no. Now she doesn't answer his texts, and he won't be a man by admitting fault.

I just badmouth the idea, this guy is just... sad. He doesn't deserve what he never had.

That is sad.
I beg to differ tho....you do not come off as cold, and definitely not indifferent. Just in the things you say, and how deep your emotions flow, you come off as just the opposite - a deeply caring fellow, who knows what he wants, and whose convictions are solid.
