Day 116

The cactus patches show loads of purple spiney fruit, I want to start preparing my things to make the first batches of sorbet. The semester begins the 24th, and the friends I invited in May get the first taste. The way I intend, sorbet, vanilla ice cream, over a Cherry Coke slush. They'll get some the weekend before classes.

Fortunately certain classes and shop are available in person, this may make things easier by not requiring a parking pass. One day out of the week, it can wait until September.

Online does save a lot in parking fees! French Fry is a great name for a pet! An acquaintance of mine always called her dogs something edible: bagel, cupcake, I always thought theme-named pets was fun, but it never strikes me to do that myself.
