My idea:

Make an end of this event, because nobody can join this on a fun way if everything is slow or doesn't work. Put Subeta down for a week and solve all the problems, the older and the new ones.

Maybe it could be even necessary to put Subeta down for two weeks to solve really evrything.

Really sitting here, waiting more than 12 hours for a shirt to show up on my HA that's in my wardrobe? :(

Still haven't been able to get into the site for days. Just got it to load - hopefully it lasts! Still super laggy.

please fix the lag

Now the forum's being slow for ME, stuff loads eventually but it's making dancing difficult, and 4 minutes until the next time I can dance isn't much of a reduction. : I feel like at this point the easier thing to do would be to just give everyone some of both kinds of tokens, rather than further extending Masquerade (when there's more downtime planned and everything's still kinda borked).

Not sure if this is related or if I need to create a thread somewhere or if there already is one, but I just went to pick up my pets pay from their jobs and it is only showing the employer at the top of the page. Since I don't remember to pick up their pay everyday I don't know how long this has been an issue. Does anyone know if this has already been mentioned somewhere?

Okay... then I'm sorry but why have the comments there been completely and utterly ignored for so long? Hardly anyone can get to forums in the past week and not a single staff has posted even the most minimum of acknowledgements of issues even existing! People are highly questioning if staff even gives a shit about the site, and honestly I can't even blame them.

A random user had to finally cross post something Rah had said squirreled away on a feedback thread, and that was just an hour or so ago. Every time we have asked for more communication from staff for YEARS now, we've been ignored, or told it'll totally happen next time, guys, and it never does. You can see the frustration here, yes?

I created a ticket a week ago and got a response days ago... but I haven't been able to see the response because the ticket system just leads to a broken page. This is cooooolll.....

Can someone post that log in the news - properly, not a link to the post - so when the forums don't work, we don't have to struggle to get to it?

will you PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, FINALLY answer the question of why the only staff that can apparently post to the news REFUSE to do so when there is information like this that NEEDS TO BE SEEN?

edit: I have taken it upon myself to link the post in the news comments, since apparently any information about it should not be posted outside the forums under penalty of death. or at least that's what I'm assuming, since staff have not made a single peep outside random forum threads for the userbase at large to see... >>

how come whenever I ask to fix the lag the lag goes away for a while then comes back? why can't this just continue?
