Thanks to this, I now know SubetaLodge has an off-site list feature. Been using it, and now I know I have 17,500+ clothing items plus whatever is missing. At least I don't have any CWs to worry about. I can't imagine how stressful that is for people.

After going through all 722 of my CW's i found TWO missing, which were older items so i'm not thrilled.

This is a mess. I have over the amount of regular items needed for the filled wardrobe achievement so I am really not going to remember what all I may be missing, which is a real shame >_<. I'm not missing any CW's, but I really feel for anyone that is missing them.

Do you mean took the item off your HA as you were dressing it, or took the item out of your wardrobe completely?

I definitely have lost a lot of items, but its hard to say what at the moment.. I don't normally keep track of my wardrobe and just throw things in lmao I haven't organized it in ages. I think i'll wait to check what I've lost but I'm glad to hear that a big list is being compiled. T_T Thanks to everyone for their hard work!!

I can't tell what I've lost and what I haven't; but I know that some of the commonly-lost items are ones I've replaced with quest rewards (because I qucikstock to wardrobe > quickstock to collections > quickstock to shop every day-- I assume this is why some people still have the acorn in their wardrobe even though it's missing from very many accounts, for example).

I am fortunate that none of the 4 CWs I owned are missing, but I'm very concerned about collection items and the like that I've added during the time period mentioned but also don't remember the names of.

This whole situation makes me very anxious. This isn't the first time Agoge has had this issue occur after a server move and I had genuinely hoped that you'd learned from the previous experience(s).

I went through the supplied list and added my name where necessary, hopefully it helps. It shouldn't be up to us users to fix this mistake, but since it is I'm trying to help where I can. As for the 4 month rollback, I'm seeing stuff in my wardrobe that I added a week ago so I'm not sure what's going on there?

It's also worth noting that the old wardrobe's organize page is showing I have just over 7.4k items, but when counting in the new wardrobe with 100 items per page and viewing all items it's showing over 7.5k so if anything I think the old wardrobe is missing over 100 items that are showing up in the new one.

Shocked that multiple backups weren't made (& checked) the day or so before rolling out the new wardrobe to everyone. I know you know how bad this is, but holy crap, guys. D:

I agree with all the previous posters: This is complete and utter BS, Bug is infalliable and perfect and is busting their buggy bottom to get this fixed, and Keith needs to stop this UwU smol bean garbage and come run the GD site he owns. I'm no longer buying CSC, and hopefully if we all do it, that'll push the administrative members of staff into doing something more than giving snarky comments and hiding from the damn site for two days like a cowardly child.

My account on Neo got hacked into and password/email changed. I have been messaging TNT to no avail for years. There are plenty of things irl that right now are way worse. People in power deliberately and maliciously ****ing people over when a lot of lives are at stake. Lots of people who suddenly can't pay rent now in America.

I know it's horrifying to realize things you spent lots of time and money on suddenly vanish into thin air. Staff is saying we'll get our items back, we just can't use them at the moment. They're shocked an upset at this too and are working hard, and are promising it won't happen again. Let's have some faith in them.

I'm proud to be using a site founded by Keith and what he stands for. It's a nice, safe place where freaks, geeks, weirdos, and everyone in between from all over the world can click to dance with each other for cute graphics to keep ourselves entertained. People who are saying "sell the site" as a solution to everything they're frustrated with, how about spending a day on neopets, and getting a feel for what it's like there.

I'm working 12 hr shifts at a pharmacy right now. I can't even begin to know what I'm missing and don't have time to fix it if I did. I'm super sad rn.

I have at least 4 items that were part of outfits that are missing but I don't remember the names of them and I can't find the names since they don't show up in the item break-down of the outfits (they're just gone). Is there anything I can do about that?

I’ve not been very active the last four months, so a comparison of my current wardrobe to the backup from four months ago would show if any items were deleted from my wardrobe. Should I report that anywhere else but here?

I have absolutely no way of knowing what items are missing. :( :( :( until/unless I go to look for something and can't find it. :(
