Ah, maybe it's cause you're new & started off with the new wardrobe active? Possible... Maybe the conversion process from the old wardrobe into the new is why mine worked for a while. Who knows - it's Subeta.

The wardrobe hasn't updated with new items that were added. Yesterday a lot of custom wearables were approved but they don't show up under "All items". Some are visible under their respective layers, but I noticed my that was approved yesterday doesn't show up at all, only if you search for the name.

Items still won't load in the new wardrobe.

Windows 7, newest FF.

this might sound stupid, but I had to change the orientation of my tablet to get the items to show up. If you're not on mobile, feel free to ignore.

I was on my PC. On my cell phone right now, not sure I want to try it on this one.

I get this error message "An error occurred on client" when I try to load my wardrobe today.

or This is the second day I cannot even load my wardrobe. I am still getting the same message as above. One of my favorite things to do is play in my wardrobe and I hesitate to keep spending IRL $$ on it at this point. What is happening???d 😢 I am on my laptop using chrome...not a mac.

Just wondering is this where we can post errors with the wardrobe?

I have items still showing up in my wardrobe even though I removed the 1-2 days ago... I had to use the old wardrobe organize page because well the new one isn't working. When I account search it tells me the items aren't in my wardrobe which is good but it's a bit jarring to see them still showing up. And yes I am making sure to only view the items I own.

At this point I am so much liking the old one over the new one.

Head layer will not load at all. No matter what combo of options I pick. I really want to change my avatar!

[edit] it worked after I went into base and came back to the head layer, they loaded. [edit] only the first page will load of items in the head section

Outfits will load but nothing else will.

An error occurred on client. this message appears since yesterday, after just 3 seconds of the wardrobe trying to load. The message appears where the avatar is supposed to be, the items, hair salon... so on...

I’ve posted this before on the thread for the old wardrobe but since I’m still seemingly having this issue and it shows up in both the new and old wardrobes I’ll make a post here too, if this isn’t the appropriate place for this or it has been posted here before then I apologize but it’s been quite a while since my last post about it and I haven’t heard any acknowledgement of it elsewhere. I’m on mobile and the browser I’m using is DuckDuckGo. The base 10 avatars for both male and female avatars seem to be broken on the site. I’ve tried switching the bases on one of my outfits without touching the clothing items used to see if it was in fact the base causing this issue and the avatar worked fine with the other bases. None of the items on their own have caused the avatar to break so this leads me to believe the issue is with this particular base. Also inside the new wardrobe the base also seems to have a missing lower right arm regardless of whether or not it has been toggled. I haven’t heard anything from staff about this issue from when I last made a post about it and I’m not sure if anyone has been made aware of it. Again I apologize if this isn’t the right place for this issue but I’m not sure where else to post about it.

I CANNOT get into my wardrobe AT ALL!!!! I am very frustrated at this point. This is the 4th day of getting the same response...silence I am on a pc laptop using chrome. I have cleared my cache. I have restarted my computer. I have logged out and back into subeta. I get this page: "An error occurred on client"

I can't get anything to load. This is monumentally frustrating. I had to go to the old wardrobe so I could snag a pre-prepared vesnali outfit from my saves.

Old WR isn't working for me anymore (no drawers, new items have issues, it just stops responding after a while and refresh deletes all HA progress). Which would be fine, if any of the new items loaded in new WR, it just doesn't show anything past the metal frames we got recently. And I really miss visibility option, I don't care where the box "move point" will be, just revert it back to how it was.

Editing one of my unlocked hairs in the Hair Salon made the New Wardrobe all glitchy-glitchy, the hair is alright in the avatar preview but once I save my outfit it looks strange like that... points at HA's hair Well... It looks quite rad to me, but that's not what I wanted lol!

And when I try to edit this hair's colors, I get the White Screen of Death (An error occurred on client), I can't edit that in the Old Wardrobe as well. They don't want me to be all pretty for Vesnali, it seems... 😔

Was working fine for me... got about 6 items in and then it just refuses to load layers at all.. This is sad... so many new wears I wanna use...

Quick question, I know I just posted before but...

Are the HA limits in place or are those temporarily lifted?
