Finally got to make HA in the new WR from the start to end. As long as it's not lagging (few people on rn I guess is the reason) it's actually cool to use, I like it.
One thing, no newly saved outfits actually load on the HA, only the ones transferred from the old WR.
Has anyone gotten the hair salon to actually go onto your HA?
The problems I have so far are: *Having trouble searching for an item. When I input a keyword in the search bar, it doesn't produce any results.
*The trying on outfits section doesn't work. <<<<<Nvm, you just have to double click any skin to remove it
It takes some time getting used to but I kinda like this new design.
Still like the old current version
Looking for these : x100
Certain skin tones glitch the avatar base and make it so it doesn't show up. I believe they are tones 8 and 10.
1. The only way I can get items to load is by switching between "added to site" and "added to wardrobe", otherwise it loads forever. I have to do this every single page. 2. The worn items sidebar: is this going to just overflow further and further down the page in the final product? It makes it very difficult to compare different layering and what an HA looks like with the item hidden vs worn. I really think this needs to be a fixed height and scroll. 3. Items are not always being deleted from the HA. Sometimes, it just jumps to the top of the list. And once it's up there, it can take a couple tries to actually get it to go away.
I'm not liking the green much either, maybe if it were a little paler, or if the user could set the color. But my primary problem is stuff not displaying properly. If I hit clear, it gets rid of the actual base layer as well, and nothing makes it come back except switching outfits:

And skins aren't displaying at all either.

interact with me!
I know a lot of items in the wardrobe are missing. I've noticed that several of the older Menagerie clothing are missing. Not only missing in my wardrobe, but also missing from my account.
When I search for an item it keeps hanging in the search mode. Only when I switch between 'added to wardrobe' and 'added to site' the search stops and shows me the item or items. Depending on my search parameter.
Subeta: I have noticed that with every new version of the wardrobe, there are always items that go missing. I know you are all trying to fix the problem, but it doesn't sit easy with me. I guess there are CSC items among the missing items as well. And those items are bought with real money. And some of those items are made by other users and there for rare or in some cases not retrievable. I do wish you will take better precaution when you change the wardrobe again.
Very much not a fan of this wardrobe. The green is very unpleasant visually. A fast-loading wardrobe is meaningless when the outfits will not load to the avatar. Please give me back the option to sort by name and to search by key words, requiring me to provide the full name of an item presumes that people will know the full name of every item they own.
The "try on" button in the outfits section doesn't work - I can't put on already existing outfit. The hair salon also works from time to time, "add to the avatar" button doesn't respond when I'm trying to put on someof the free hairstyles.
Okay, now that the wardrobe seems to be functioning for me as intended, rather than full of extra glitches from lag (?), I have some feedback. (I am using Firefox v.74.0)
💡 The main thing that I'm missing from this wardrobe is having items that are already worn display previews! This is something I used a ton in the old wardrobe. It helps a lot when making sure the item you're changing the layering of is the correct one, but the main thing I used it for was shopping. I like to shop for clothes through the new wardrobe, often as I build a new avatar around items I don't yet own.
Working around this to be able to use the wardrobe the way I like to means that either:
:dmg:dark: (Using this for design feedback, because at least on my screen, the palette isn't working.) I believe others have also brought this up, but the way scrolling currently works is obviously an issue. I very much prefer the old wardrobe's scroll box for worn items to having to scroll down the entire page, as it means making adjustments to items layered at the bottom of a full avatar can't be seen without scrolling up and down every time you change something.
i.e. If I want to toggle items at the bottom of the list on and off to decide which works best, I scroll all the way down to toggle only the one I want on, scroll all the way back up to see what that looks like, scroll all the way back down to switch the toggles to the next item, scroll all the way back up...etc. It's extremely tedious.
This also makes it extremely difficult and tedious to change the order of items. I tend to do backgrounds last, after I've designed the whole avatar. Because dragging an item to the bottom of what's visible of the list doesn't scroll the entire page down, I have to drag the item to the lowest point I can see, scroll down, drag again, scroll down, etc. until I make it to the end of the list. If I am doing this with multiple backgrounds to compare them, it is super super tedious.
:dmg:dark: Item names not displaying in full: I already mentioned this above while discussing the item previews, but the item names not displaying in full is something I am very much not a fan of. Negatively impacts usability, and just also looks bad in my opinion.
:dmg:dark: / 🦋 ? Toggles for CWs, etc. The old wardrobe remembered our settings, this one defaults back to everything displayed, which is a little annoying because I generally don't want to see every CW on the site when I'm searching for items. These toggles also seem to have some redundancy - toggling the show/hide button to "hide" and the only CWs/regular view button to "only CWs" obviously omits everything. Seems pretty obvious, but if you accidentally hit a toggle and then every item disappears it can take a bit of scrambling and button pressing to figure out what you accidentally clicked to seemingly "break" the wardrobe.
:dmg:dark: / 🦋 ? Item previews still showing when switching pages: I first noticed this in the hair salon - This wouldn't be an issue if there was room for the preview, but there's just not enough space for it to show without obscuring parts of the salon. This is particularly obvious with background items. [Here's an image to show what I'm talking about.] The coverage of the item preview on the hair salon didn't change at all if I changed my browser's zoom settings. Oh, hey, just noticed this happens on the outfits and skins pages too.
🦋 Non-wearables displaying - not just ornaments mixed in: I know its been mentioned that ornaments show up in the item lists, but I'm getting a ton of items that aren't even close to wearables - random foods, mostly. Its not just ornaments.
🦋 Comorbidity of item removing bugs? I know its also on the list of known bugs that removing items sends them to the top of the list, and that it can take multiple clicks. It seems to me that these two issues sometimes seem to work together to get an item super stuck on the page. For me, items jump to the top multiple times, but sometimes after this has happened it won't delete from the top of the list no matter how many times I click. I can't tell if this is just it getting stuck in general or getting stuck in the "jump to the top" loop and I just don't see it move since its already there. Moving it down just one layer and deleting again seems to fix it.
🦋 Hair salon bugs and other feedback: When the new wardrobe first went live, I was able to add hair from the salon to my avatar, but I am no longer able to do that at all. At the time I didn't think to try to "try on" styles I don't own yet, but was really excited about the prospect of being able to do that to help me decide if they're worth buying. I'm not sure if this is a thing since I didn't get to try (I assume its the intention, otherwise why show us the list of styles we don't own at all?) but that's a ❤ feature for sure!
I think its been mentioned, but a ton of hairstyles are duplicated in the hair salon.
Also, more of a usability (:dmg:dark:) thing, but if I open up a style from the search to look at it, then decide to go back to the list, I am brought back to the first page rather than the one I was on. So every time I am going through the list, I have to manually go back to wherever I left off, which is a pain.
🦋 Try on button broken: I know this has been mentioned, but its another feature that I am really disappointed to see not working. I used this a ton in the old wardrobe, especially just for quick shortcuts back to my go-to base items (curious dolls, freckles, eyes, etc.). On a related note: 💡 I would really love to see a better way to organize saved outfits! Having "favorite" outfits that are quicker and easier to navigate to would be great. Maybe named drawers? Favorites, design challenges (i.e. Style File's Stimulate your Style would have a drawer for me), holiday outfits.... This would be so awesome, I make so many outfits, please help me browse them easier so I can wear old designs without having to hunt for them.
Whew, that was a lot...I'm going to leave it here for now. If I come across anything else I feel needs mentioning I'll be back with more feedback.
Oh, before I give up though, there are things I do like about this wardrobe! I don't want this to come off too negative, I was aiming for constructive. I did plan to add some pros of the new wardrobe but I burnt myself out writing all that so I guess that's something I'll be back to comment on later. ^^;;
For now, to add a little more positivity to this post: ❤ Very clean aesthetics, clear tabs and buttons to press, like the way owned items are indicated when searching all items in an aesthetically pleasing and not too distracting way, haven't played with the organize tab but it looks worlds better than the old system.
I tried updating my Masq outfit and in that time:

I toggled a HS style (Got it onto my HA, yay) to be unseen and it refreshed the page.
Luckily I had already saved my HA.
New Wardrobe is finally working for me now! So, I had the chance to play around in it earlier this morning! And please forgive me, but I am far too busy today, unfortunately, to go through the pages to see what has and hasn't been mentioned already. It appears most of the issues and gripes I have are either already listed in the OP or were just mentioned above by ; quite pleased to see it and know I am not the only one with such general feedback. So basically... seconding all of that! ❤️ Thank you, thank you, thank you for your well-thought-out and organized post. ❤ And for the record, using Chrome v.80.0/Win10; only tested on PC at the moment.
(And I also LOVE the suggestion to be able to organize saved outfits. I do Stimulate your Style, DI3, and other contests; I'd love to be able to separate them from my personal HAs, etc. Love, love, love that idea. Also, not sure why the outfit number/scode isn't showing up with the outfits right now, but let's definitely bring that back for ease of use if it's not a glitch at the moment).
Two of those minor things lacking right now that I truly appreciated in the previous version: worn items being contained and auto-scrolling when dragging; the number-of-items-worn counter (the previous wardrobe had it above the item list, 11/30 or 28/45, for example, I believe. I ADORED THIS). Plus, the fact that I have to click those cardinal arrows on the left to move an item instead of the whole block is really getting to me. It perhaps wouldn't, however, if the wardrobe had ANY sense of padding whatsoever on the left edge side of the screen! There is a definitive padding issue therein that does not suit me for something like this. Generally, I prefer minimalism and do not like excessive padding, but my cursor is LIVIN' ON THE EDGE in a way that doesn't rock-n-roll at all.
I also noticed that when I was clicking through Base features to toggle/change them, the first mouth was not working at all. I couldn't click/select it - the highlighter border never showed and it never changed on the Base -- but the others seemed to be selectable and worked fine. Not sure if that was a momentary hiccup yet or universal...
Also confirming that it's not just luminaire ornaments that I own showing up in the wardrobe; it seems as though when I'm trying to load "all" items from time to time, random food and books are appearing as well, many that I do not own and are definitely not wearable items. [/center]
I bought one custom wearable and no matter what I do, it will not save to the HA in the new wardrobe. Everything else does but that item, the one I wanted to put on the most. :/
Things that I really miss: order stuff in descendent/ascendent order in wardrobe and seeing prices/rarities when organizing it (very useful to get rid of cheap stuff I only hoard for the achievements)
I've only skimmed the thread at this point so I aplogize if this was already mentioned, but I can't see any skin tone, at all. If I 'remove' all possible limbs, the broken box in the top left corner disappears altogether, but if I right click to open the image (one a broken image limb) into a new tab, it loads just fine.
If I load legacy item outfits (I only have two), the skin tone shows, so that's not an issue. But no matter what skin tone/colour I pick while using the new system, I get a broken blank and nothing more.
Now, I can still make the HA and save the outfit and if I load the reload the outfit page, the HA will be there and the skin tone will show.
ABP and Ghostery both have the site whitelisted, I have no other add-ons that could be a problem with this (I've tried Incog, does not work either), currently using Chrome Version 83.0.4099.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)

The new wardrobe is fantastic. I love how fast and clean it is, I'm so glad it's now impossible to accidentally clear your avatar, I like that newest items show up first instead of last, and it's great that we can access organize from the same page! Overall, it's really awesome.
The one issue I'm having currently is that when I click "try on" for the outfits I saved in the new wardrobe, nothing happens. ( Browser: Chrome )
I mean no disrespect but I like the old on better. Also I can't find my custom wearables were they all deleted or something. If that is why u gave cash shop credits. That's not right I put more then that into the few I did have. Please fix this. Also Please try not to put things out until you know they are ready. A lot of put cash into this site. It's not right for y'all to lose our stuff. I went through each page and couldn't find them.
