Free hairstyles are not showing up for me either, they're all locked. The hair is brown on the new wardrobe, even though it's supposed to be blue, and now I'm having a hard time trying to change it back
tbh... I don't think this was the best time to push a new wardrobe... especially since it's still buggy, everyone will be diving in to make outfits with the old one, and having the new features that most people may get confused on... just saying.
Also, search function isn't working at all... still.

I can't get my wardrobe to load at all (old or new)
[item=Dappled Unicorn]
[item=Great White Shark]
Load times are horrible-having to do the click added to site,then added to wardrobe multiple times but it still takes 3-4mins to load the first page.
I can see all of my tree ornaments listed as a wearable,which most are not.
My saved outfits aren't loading at all.
I fully understand masq is a heavy lag draw for the site and I'll try to use it again later in the day. browser: firefox 68.6
Yeah, both old and new wardrobe are not loading items.
The wardrobe worked pretty well for me, but I hope you plan to add a "none" drawer again, because as is I can't see any of my new, unsorted wearables. Also, it looks like you're still adding features to the Organize tab; I'd like to request an option to sort by drawer there as well, so I can pull up just the things that are unsorted and place them into my drawers.
Other than that, things look nice so far! Thanks guys~
Edit: Ooh, one big problem. Now my HA image is broken. That does rather defeat the purpose...
My saved outfits kinda load, but I can't get any to actually load onto the avatar. I'm betting everyone has both wardrobes open, refreshing to see if they can get either to work...
Maybe it's because my broswer is a bit outdated but:
My base won't load. Changing the skin colour, gender, and pressing the eye doesn't make it appear. I'm afraid of it how it'll appear on site, so until I see my base, I'm not using it.
My hair colour doesn't carry over form the other wardrobe.
Does the salon not have streaks right now? And if I click on the box to summon the colour wheel to change my hair colour, I can't see a way to dismiss the colour wheel. Clicking off it doesn't do anything, there's no 'x' button anywhere.
my wardrobe nothing is even loading

Bugs:
Keith I saw you mentioned mobile friendly updates which is what I use exclusively, so I am happy to hear that as v4 is basically unusable now. I will trust that you guys will test and are aware of the layout and UI issues but here are a few small things I want to point out that I was able to find (with masq just starting it is hard to play around too much)
layering is difficult, the icon is way on the edge of the screen and hard to grab just right. If you have a layer at the top you want to move way down it requires dragging to the bottom of the visible scroll window, letting go, scrolling down more, dragging it to the bottom etc. You cannot just grab the layer and hold it near the bottom of the window while it scrolls down. I hope that is clear
hair salon needs to have a color icon button near the hex code or something that isnt a text box because clicking the hex code makes the keyboard pop up. I dont recall if this happened in the old version I cant compare at the moment.
You guys have gone a long way making the site decent for mobile so I really appreciate that!

Just something that's awkward and not sure if someone has pointed it out- the left arm is behind the body and it makes it look like the hand is like, up the butt...
Also I've yet to be able to get my wardrobe to load any items at all, even when switching to and from sort terms.
Just a few things I noticed ^
I tried searching for items containing the word mask and it's been trying to load them for over 10 minutes (tried changing the sort by option a few times already), but I think that's just lag that's affecting everyone because of masq starting, so I'll try again later..
just one other question I have about the new wardrobe so far... where can I find how many items I have on my avatar in the new wardrobe? despite having a gold account I still often actually manage to reach the 45 items limit (I like cluttered avatars apparently), so I really liked that the old wardrobe very clearly showed you how many items you were wearing at the top of the list.. I don't see anything like that in the new one.
The new wardrobe is taking longer to load than the old one, the interface is a bit confusing to me, as clickable things don't look like buttons;; My items didn't even load, even after changing the sorting settings as advised on the page. (could be just my internet dying though) So I'm going back to the old wardrobe for my masquerade outfit!!
EDIT: nevermind, none of the wardrobes are loading for me! ;u;

I've found you can't delete objects from the wearing list, just from the item list
I can't get items to load. Any items. It takes forever for my avatar to appear (upwards of a full minute), and then nothing else works. :(
Windows 7, Firefox 74
The new wardrobe isn't loading any of my items (Win 7, latest Firefox).
The new wardrobe won't load anything at all on Chrome (Win 7). It took....20 minutes and multiple refreshes and retries to get it working.
Old wardrobe still won't load anything at all for me. (Win 7, latest Firefox and Chrome).
I guess I'm not participating in Masq -0-
New wardrobe is not loading at all for me. I've had it up in an alternate tab for about fifteen minutes now, give or take a few while I'm typing this. Everything else on Subeta is slow, but loads just fine. The new wardrobe is not going past the '.u. Loading' part at all, can't do anything except stare at that happy face mocking me. Had to use the old wardrobe to put my mask on so I can dance! Using the latest version of Firefox on Windows 10.

The wardrobe isn't working so well right now so this feedback is based on the extent I could use it today and the playing around with it I did yesterday. Some of these concerns might've already been addressed but due to the forums loading very poorly at the time of writing I haven't been able to go back to read earlier posts. Here's some thoughts so far:
Dragging The button used for dragging is very small and placed in a very uncomfortable position on the screen. The drag-icon is not easy to grab and makes shuffling layers feel cumbersome. For my own process of making HAs I end up changing layer order quite often so I much preferred being able to drag from anywhere within the box for quick layer shuffling. In the new wardrobe in some case I have to move my cursor across the entire screen in order to rearrange layers. I have a two monitor set up so sometimes if I move quickly the cursor jumps into the other monitor since the dragging spot is so close to the edge.

Hide item Took me a while to find it. The placement isn't very intuitive and the icons don't line up. If I want to hide multiple items instead of just one, I have to move my cursor around to hit all the eye icons instead of just moving vertically. I use the hide button a lot and as of now it is not very pleasant to use.
Previews don't line up It's easier to compare items when the avatar preview and item preview line up. Currently the alignment is slightly off. This also makes the layout look less polished. The text for the item name is also slightly off and looks unfinished in style.

Pages Personally I'd prefer to view all my owned items on a layer in a single page that I can scroll through instead of having them separated into pages. In the old wardrobe once a layer in my wardrobe went over 500 items pretty much all items that were onto the second page never got used. I like seeing all of my options all at once instead of having to flip through sometimes multiple pages to find the item I'm looking for. I know this is not a preference everyone shared with me, so I'd love to see an option to be able to view more items within a page like in the old wardrobe. Even if the pages load fast you're still waiting for a new page to load while flipping through them and the item you are looking for might not even be on that page resulting in a lot of flipping while looking for specific items.
Button placement The placement of Wear-button under the previews felt more natural in the old wardrobe. If I have a lot of items equipped I to scroll all the way down my list of items to press the wear button. Also as of now I there seems to be no Save-button for outfits and I'm unsure where this would fit in the current layout if of the buttons. However, I do like the positioning of the clear button at the bottom of the list, since in the old wardrobe I have on several occasions accidentally cleared my outfit by pressing the button. The new placement of the button makes it slightly more unlikely to do this by accident.
HA hand placement Currently on a naked HA the hand appears to go behind the base. This could be fun as an option you can toggle. As of now couldn't find a way to bring the hand in front of the base. Would be nice to have both options available. Some of the inner lines on the base also seem to be a bit of poor in quality as of now.

Layout Current layout looks really cramped. The items crowd a significant portion of the screen while the layers have so little space that item names don't even show up completely. (See screenshot above) Despite the items taking up so much space, the amount of items being shown is still very low compared to the space they take up. The HA preview is basically glued onto the side of the layers with no breathing room in between. The use of bright colors also makes the space feel even tighter.
Generally the text in the layout looks somewhat unfinished. Some text looks clickable despite not being, while some of the actual links do not look like buttons. For example: in layers the blue text on item names makes them look a bit like links while in All Items-mode the Buy Item-button looks like plain text. The buttons for sorting options also look slightly unpolished. There is a lot of different fonts being used in the layout.
Other:
I'm gonna come back and play around a bit more once the wardrobe starts loading a bit better. Thank you for the hard work!
