One big difference between this situation and pretty much all involving women, is that most of theirs are legit leaks. Chris accidentally posted it, versus getting their content posted from a hack or someone they thought they trusted. As mentally daunting as it is to accidentally post something like that, it's a lot more hurtful to know you were targeted or your trust was shattered. And it's also really sad that I am sure a lot of his support from fans (and not-fans) is probably due to being a man.

Yeah. I also saw his comment on the situation on whatever show he was on. I didn't see the whole thing, just that bit to see how he was. He seems mostly fine but a little off, but that can be any number of reasons. Hopefully he can rest and relax now.

I love seeing him just be goofy and himself, he's so entertaining.

Nods And obviously some men have been in similar situations, but often they aren't ostracized for it. 100% women deserve support in these situations. I am seeing the shift where we DO support women, but it's still not a more uniform or universal thing.

Colorado has the wildest weather I think. My best friend moved there for a couple of years awhile back and it was...just bonkers weather. Super super hot and humid in the summer and then winter was like spinning a wheel.

Yeah Alex kept telling me oh the weather is crazy here. And I'm like okay I'm pretty prepared for this, like it's gotta be like when I grew up by the Cascades, but I really wasn't prepared. Like it's not so extreme of hot and colds like back home but it's the just crazy weather. Like I've seen it snow when it was sunny out and no clouds nearby (that was my first day living in Colorado so that should of been a sign lol)

I think people should treat stupid accidents the same way regardless of gender. I also think we should treat revenge porn the same way, regardless of gender.

If it's an accident, regardless of gender, we should all laugh it off gently, because shit happens to everyone. The wind in the BART tunnels blow skirts up into people's faces, people forget to close windows, and someone I know had a colleague forget to turn off the video on their computer during a zoom meeting when they really should have not had it on. People get seen naked sometimes when they don't intend to be, and we've all got one of a very limited number of options, so... fuck it, lol, you've probably seen it before.

With revenge porn, though, we should all be way more concerned about finding out who the fuck let it loose. Anyone who distributes nudes of another person intentionally without their consent should be treated like a criminal because they are.

People are just... Wild. And Hollywood makes it worse. Women are shown naked/topless/butts 90 times as much as men; when women are shown naked people will shrug or simply ask why (men do be horny about it though) but when guys go naked it's a WHOLE ASS ORDEAL and people LOSE IT. Nudity is fine in pg-13 ratings, but they will legit argue that a mans butt is too inappropriate and try to give it an R rating from that alone, while women are topless. A man chooses to go naked (or does straight up porn) and people barely blink an eye but when it's women choosing to show off in their day-to-day life they are ridiculed and some have had their whole careers ruined.
