Some fun news is Jensen Ackles is going to be in the show The Boys. Which had like three or four of the men show their butts in the first season. So here is to hoping that they keep that theme when he's in it. ... Also the character he plays evidently has sex with one of the other guys aaaaaand I think that would be a fun thing for them to go into in entirely too much detail. In the comics it's not a great thing though, I say as someone who hasn't read it.

Speaking of being too pretty to be dumb, freaking Chris Evans accidentally posted a video on his instagram that showed his willy. Now he's the talk of the town (again, I mean, it's Chris Evans and he's ALWAYS on peoples mind).

I saw that. I was like...why is he trending? and then oh. Poor dude, I would imagine he's sequestered himself into a room in embarrassment as he's gone totally silent on SM and he's usually posting here and there. It sucks royally when you make an error like that.

Yeah, someone posted it on a subreddit I go to, so I looked into the Event. I do feel bad for him, like damn that was a fuckup. I could also see him not actually caring (after a moment of "OH FUCK SHIT") because he's talked about not caring about nudity much (he was told by his publicist to stop doing thirsttrap photoshoots even). But it's still an issue of meant to vs didn't mean to.

I do take issue with how some people are dealing with this though. Like first, it's not a leak. A leak is an outside source (even when it's the person leaking it themselves, they leak it to someone "anonymously"). It was an error. Second, the people acting like it's a horrendous thing, posting "need eye bleach" memes and crap. Like... That is just terribly rude (especially when their asses were the ones seeking it out). I do, and agree, sharing/posting/taking the I'm Thirsty stuff too far are all not the way to go. Like, let him be, let him take time and make a statement.

I was pretty entertained by the "Guard that P**sy" photo that got floated around after. Clearly he has a well developed sense of humor, so maybe he really doesn't care beyond it just being an oops thing. Also his publicist is terrible if they advised him to stop posting thirst traps, that's just more engagement and trending of his name. It's free ass publicity haha.

THAT ONE MADE ME LAUGH SO HARD. Yeah, his publicist wanted him to be seen as more serious I think ? So no roles like he had in Not Another Teen Movie, no more "just a bit of buttcrack" photoshoots, etc. I don't believe he isn't allowed nudity though (he showed butt in Not Another, but then had a butt double in some other movie but only because he could and thought it was funny to hire his roommate to do it; oh and showed sidebutt multiple times). But like... That isn't how it works really. And thirst trap pictures would 100% boost him now. Especially if he threw in a Captain America twist.

Yeah, but also, people lack respect in any sense. I just hope he's doing alright. Ruffalo made me chuckle but Scott made me ROLL. Especially since he knows how it feels to have a real leak (years ago) and not just a fuckup.

I didn't outwardly seek it, and thought it was a fake at first. Then I went to insta and twitter and saw him trending. Yeah, I don't know how iPhones work in that regard either. It could be a download album, it could be a normal album he just moves things to, could be a "shared media" album that shows both what is sent and received from texts are stored, it could be that iPhones have a section of just ALL THE MEDIA FROM ALL THE ALBUMS. Iunno. I also have pictures of me downloaded from friends.

I mean - that one photoshoot in the barn is just....all over all the time. And him cuddling with his dog (lemme tell you, his publicist doesn't realize he's just a walking talking thirst trap at this point). That shit is A+ publicity all the time.

I'm sure his brother comforted him about that too, probably told him it's definitely not that big of a deal. The way people mostly reacted (flooding his name/the hashtags with wholesome pictures) probably feels good too for him, to know they're trying to respect the mistake. I can't figure out if people are changing or if it's just because it's him specifically.

Yeah - I saw it but it wasn't an on purpose thing because I didn't know anything about it and was just trying to figure out why he was trending. And iPhones are confusing and I hate them and imagine it's because everything is the way it is that it's so easy for them to be hacked and also to just...make a mistake when uploading things.

Update on the situation: Mr. Evans posted on his twitter: direct link for ease. So hopefully this means he's alright and is doing fine mentally. And seems to confirm it's his in a very fun, him kinda way.

His publicist seems to have leaned into the more innocent, wholesome, boy-next-door thing. But like seeing him in interviews, out on his own, he really has a filthy mouth and dirty sense of humor. He curses a good amount and says some pretty "naughty" things. His love of puppies is great for the clean-cut image, but the moment he talks... BRING ON THE FLOOD.

Iunno, "not that big" isn't a good word usage here. For either of them. But seriously, I am glad people most acted more respectful. There's always been a double standard with anything similar (leaks or willingly doing stuff). Women get shamed, men get praised. BUT I have seen a more positive shift, so it's getting better. Though I am sure since it's Chris-fucking-Evans it helped.

I saw his post, glad he's trying to take it in stride and hopefully he can get past it quickly.
