& Raven So...I had a bad migraine Monday (kept me up until nearly 2am), felt like garbage and would've called out but we had a busy day. This was bad enough, but wait, it gets worse lol. On my drive to work, somehow a bee flew in my car and I did not see it and it landed on my thumb. I felt something weird and thought it was a piece of hair and must've brushed my fingers over it because it got super pissed and stung me. While I was driving. With no way to pull over. So I'm having a meltdown while driving with a stinging stabbing out of my thumb and horrible pain. I managed to get it out (used a receipt to pull it) and make it to work where we tried 394082348 remedies but I still ended up with pain and nausea all day + stiff and swollen thumb. I went to sleep at 6:30pm last night and stayed there until 6:30am this morning.

I hope you're both having a better week haha

Yay for your first dose! Do you know which one you got? How are you feeling? And thankfully the swelling and stiffness has been less today but it was a heck of a day.

That's the one I got too :) And yeah - my arm was sore as hell both times. I think I had more symptoms both times as well because I previously had covid, but thankfully they chilled out faster after the second. My parents and grandma all got that one too and just had sore arms the first time and no soreness (aside from my grandma) the second time - but no other symptoms.

Hopefully it passes soon !

I tried a whole slew of things yesterday. It's a lot better today and continuing to get better so I'm mostly leaving it be now haha.

Yeah, hopefully this is the worst you get from it :) And my opinion is that pfizer is better because it has less side effects for women than moderna. Everyone I know who's gotten that one has had them worse (and ones I didn't have). Though I do agree the best one is whichever one you can get haha.
