Well, I'm back to work. Yesterday was my first day back, today was day 2. I feel like yesterday went better because today by like 1pm I was just...exhausted. I'm doing good though and glad to not be sitting in my room anymore.

hehe I have those days too. I made an anchor out of clay to paint and put on a wreath I'm making. Looking forward to it :D
glad you're back at work. -snuggles- I can only imagine how exhausted you would be. it takes a lot out of you.

yeah it came out well. I painted it with brown, some teal and dabs of orange to make it look rusty xd. Yes xd. I got a foam wreath form and burlap. Wrapping the burlap around the wreath and then i got a bag of wood peices which I'll paint and sand off to make weathered. I'll then wrap some rope around the wreath with knots in it and add the wooden pieces. On one side i plane on gluing on some shells and then the anchor. Oh a i bought a birch branch too. If it looks right part will go on my wreath. If not it'll go on deplay in my room

I will definitely take pictures. I can go pick up my stuff tomorrow which means Monday I can start on the wreath unless lots of the items are in packaging that keeps germs from touching the stuff.
would've gone today, except we went to ATL to get mum her new glasses picked out and we ended up buying me frames too-- but I need my rx to be finalised so I have to wait to actually have the lenses made--hoping my apt on the 8th will be the end of waiting. I feel bad though as my glasses are rather expensive--like double the price I found at Warby. But they fit better, look better and are prettier, lighter... lol. But just under a grand for glasses is a big ouch.
Hopefully they are free of germs, but still Monday isn't a mad time to start. Woo glasses ! Oh fuck no to that price.
yeah I'd like to start sooner but Monday's still not bad and I got other things I can do in the interm. Right. I like them and they are cute/sexy imo but damn on the ouch. The warby ones I like--ish. But not like OOH I LOVE. I do love how crazy light they are though. But they are wide for my face...yet there's only 5 titanium frames there. See, I've got a few problems... one is my face is narrow and I need petite glasses to look better and fit better--not kids but petite. Then my next problem is that I need to have either titanium frames or plastic. But the plastic ones need to be thin enough to not overpower my face our hurt. The frames I found today are a mauve/lavender with a slight cat eye in plastic front and the temples are titanium. The frames are like $357 and the lenses there are like over $600... Not the cheapest place to go, but I also have 60 days for a reselection if I'm not happy. So I feel pretty sure I can find something I like and fits me if I have issues with this pair. Having allergies totally complicates finding glasses. oh and no insurance.
Yes, I'm very glad and thankful that I am mostly better.
hugs It's so weird because I had more time not working when the pandemic first started but I wasn't sick so I think I was more active. Now it's like...midway through the day I'm tired.
