Alright, going to make some food in a minute. How are you doing ?
I'm doing good - new vitamin added to the regimen seems to be helping more. And I am eating lunch which is a good time today haha.
' That's good ! Hopefully it speeds the healing up to checks watch now.
So I bought this switch game called Ringfit adventure. It's a fitness game you do exercising to get through levels and defeat the bosses. I'll tell you, the set up was tough and I stopped after 2 mins into the first level LOL but I think it'll be good for me. Our exercise bike I ordered should arrive next week.
Reaper- things are alright. I'm trying to get healthy and adding exercise into my routines. It'll be tough but worth it I hope lol. My legs are already complaining but post op legs need it, i know it. :D

Yeah - it's definitely helping in the short term at least. I'm very tired of coughing.
That sounds awesome - anything that helps motivate is good for sure. I hope you can build up your stamina for it without too much pain - just remember not to push too far past what you should be doing!

it is pretty neat and a lot more interesting than staring at a creepy dude telling me to Feel the burn and other annoying phrases. LOL And NO Richard Simmons thanks :P Yeah I really am wanting to get in better shape and more active which has been so hard with Covid :/ Yeah I'm going very slowly and taking a day off each work out. It's hard at points because I wanna do more but I am being careful.
Ahaha, yeah... I don't do working out because it is Too Much.
it's too much for me too but I gotta do it. I can't let my health decline if I can help it. I mean I don't want to go blind for starters.
Coughing is very annoying and draining but yeah - it all sucks.
I'm glad you found something that you enjoy and that is working for you. And I'm really glad you're taking breaks between to let your body rest ❤️
Health is very important, and I do plan on getting into some form of fitness. But right now my body is saying no.

I'm tired, ahaha, but that is partly on me and staying up later than usual last night. I was too distracted.
It happens sometimes. I passed out super early last night. I had an eventful day - got my nails done (thankfully, I broke one over a week ago but had to stay away for the safety of my nail tech) and then saw my bf for the first time in 2 weeks.
