Good people, hello there! My grandson is making scrolls. He is trying to get the 5th level in scroll making to make the Terra Focujin Scroll, but he has made all the scrolls offered there, and he is only at scroll level 2. How to increase that level?

- scroll level depends on your active pet's intelligence, I believe.

Hmm. I thought AP level is related to the pet's intelligence? Scroll making level increases also as the Intel goes up?

yep. It sort of makes sense, you need intel to make and to use them. I don't know the specific numbers you need for each scroll level though...

After a bit of experimenting with some of my pets: My stupidest pet has 137 intel and can only make up to level 2. A pet with 258 intel can make up to level 4, so can a pet with 315. A pet with 321 can make level 5.

I don't have anyone with intel between 137 and 258 so I'm not sure what the requirements for level 3 and 4 are but that should give you a rough ballpark :)

That is VERY helpful, and interesting. Thank you! One of mine at 182 intel can do level 3, but the one at 171 is only level 2.

you're very welcome, I'm a little surprised nobody seems to have tried to pin this down before honestly.

So default is level 1. Probably 100 is level 2? Or maybe only 50? (I'm not going to grind a pound pet just for curiosity's sake, maybe someone lurking has a couple of pets with intel between 1 and 100 to narrow it down.) Level 3 is probably 180. Level 4 is somewhere between 180 and 250, probably above 200. Level 5 is probably 320.

I think it's based on the actual AP not intel directly. Something like every 5 AP?

Level 1 = 0 - 4 AP Level 2 starts at 5AP

1AP = 16 intel. If you used stat boosters you need to read a book to get the AP to match your intel.

I doubt we'll be getting any Masq challengers this year, like how we didn't get the Priate challengers last year, sometimes they don't release event challengers every year it seems. Though I hope we see the next version of Blake soon, and also find out which place he's visiting next. Maybe later today?

Hm, Blake sure is taking his time this month, I was hoping he'd show up today, but with the release of a new pet colour, it seems like not. Maybe tomorrow, early in the morning?
