- thanks for the advice :) hahah, yea I am an avid reader personally, in RL and have always read every book I can get my hands on to ALL of my pets....I started out reading what I call the "one off" (ones I can usually only get 1 of due to price/rarity) books to Ruan, then realized my battle pet needed the intelligence and started reading them to Shelirious instead. I guess I don't really have a battle style, except training my pets stats evenly and not buying super expensive weaponry. :P I will try slightly expensive things tho! Most of my sp goes to plushies then books! :)

- Same, my battle pet is still the second one I read to even now, but I've used enough intel booster on her that her intelligence is higher now. Even training and cheaping out on weapons is a decent way to go until you hit T9 or T10, none of the pricey weapons before then are really worth it. The scrolls however, will continue to serve you through all tiers, aftershocks, psycho smasher, shriek of despair, and gift of the forj are the main scrolls I use regularly. Aftershocks = infinite heal scroll (alts: Terra Focujin*, triple threat) Psycho Smasher and Shriek are high rate freezers (alts: Gale Force, Perilous Whirlpool*), Gift of the Forj is a OPB healer/blocker (no real alts). Other useful scrolls: Morosbane, Lucky, Fatal Fire, Cobalt Eternal, Sancturia Exodin*.

• = Scrolls you can make at the shrine, check if buying ingredients is cheaper than buying the scroll outright.
  Pricier weapon staples: Phoenix Quill, Soma Tablets, any of the 100% freezers (Gorgun from the battle shop is probably the easiest/cheapest to obtain)

They released the Blake challenger earlier than usual this month. I guess cause of the Summer items coming soon, and maybe Neugarten as well (though that could start at any time between this weekend and late September according to the Holiday Schedule).

I initially thought the pet would be a Serpenth because of the use of "serpentine" in the description, but people think it's more likely to be a Paralix, which makes more sense. I'm a bit disappointed it's not a Zentu, though, but it seems like they're more peaceful anyway. I'm also a bit surprised that we're doing Shengui Guo this month, I'm betting that next month and August will be Delphi and either the Sacred Lands or Riverside (I don't know which order though), September will be the Omen Islands, October will be Shadowglen, November will be Riverside or the Sacred Lands depending on which one was used in Summer, and December will be Arctic Frost. It makes more sense for November to be Riverside because of Fireside (I know it's mostly in Veta but Charity's food donation is in Riverside), but I could be wrong.

Just got quite a few missing books for Cynde and even a few for Arturo. Cynde gained 2 AP and Arturo gained 1.

So I missed like a week of BQs cause of the resort glitch. I was too lazy to feed two pets that day and then I forgot about them till yesterday lol

But then someone put Hawkeye in the pound and I name-swapped him with Longshot. Now seeing Clint and Hawkeye right next to each other makes me so happy I just wanna battle all the things.
