I had to skip Ice monster or whatever he’s called (the Arctic frost one: you get REs to battle him) and since I already used my skip, I can’t battle the one with 27,000 HP lol. No level 26 for me.

Battling is almost a breeze now lol

I find I have better odds if I can outspeed something. Since with that you can land crits a little better on some opponents.

Good Morning :) Good luck battling today everyone! I have gotten to 15/30 BQ as usual now that I have new weaponry haha! Also Shinwa gave me her flower of morning the last 2 days in a row :o So I was wondering, it says on subetalodge that it gives 1 intelligence....now if I read and remember right, that translates to AP? My battle pet has read over 1k books and has 66AP....so my question is.... How high does AP go? How high does it really NEED to go? - Keep in mind, right now my battle pet is only Tier 6! lol

There’s no limit to how much AP a pet can get. You’ll find that the strong pets on here are usually in the low hundreds 200s-300s and not often above that

For a T6, you’re fine. The more the better of course

AP is for using the scrolls, right? Is it used for anything else?

AP is just the unit that tells you how many scrolls you can equip, but scrolls are very important and strategic and can help turn a battle around on their own.

Since there is only a fixed amount of books, about 2500-something with some very costly ones, the intel boosters are the most expensive of any other stat out there because of how important a stat they are.

Right now I only have scrolls that I have been able to (and have been willing to spend the sp to) make in the sacred lands....so I'm still learning about scrolls. I did read a few guides about them just to learn... a lot of the cheap ones you can make don't seem to do much! :P and don't seem to be worth it. I guess as you get higher and get better scrolls, they do seem to be better, as I've read about some that are just WOW super expensive.

Main thing you need is an infinite use scroll that heals for 7-10% and attacks a bit. You’ll be using that most of the time. The rest of the slots are pretty much for once per battle scrolls, which are stronger, and that you’ll use strategically when needed. It can be scrolls that heal a lot, do a lot of damage, defend against a lot of icons or freeze your opponent. Depends on your playstyle and the challenger you’re facing

Thanks for all the info :) I'm sure it'll come in handy one day as my pet gets "older" hahah, right now I feel like he's a baby compared to all the pets I see in this chat!

- Yes, but your 'baby' has the intel of a T8-9 pet though, which means with the right scrolls, you can probably beat more opponents than you think. Try some Lucky or Morosbane scrolls, they will basically give you a full heal + more attack icons than you will be able to get on any T3 weapons. Gale Force would be good too, again good heal and attack icons, plus a freeze chance.

:edit: Sorry, I was looking at your tethered pet, your other pet still has good intel, and would get good use of those scrolls too, but just not a full heal. lol. (still almost 50% though, so quite helpful, AND added bonus: your even more baby pets can rip through little opponents with those scrolls)
