Spooky went to the vet on Saturday. His bandages were removed, stitches won’t be removed until his next appointment on Friday. He still has to wear his cone until his stitches are out :( I can tell just by the way he looks at me, he is so over this! He’s being a really good sport about it though!! He is the best boy <3<3

Dear Subeta Family,

My dear, sweet husband passed away Sunday morning at 2 a.m. He was in our bed with me and I cuddled him until he was picked up. Just the way he would want it to be. Our son was with us and has slept with me for the last two nights which has been such a comfort. I told his wife she could have him back tonight. They and one of their daughters are staying with my best friend. Other family are staying with my daughter. More family coming Friday. The celebration of his life is Saturday. He wanted it to be a cheerful party with no tears as he has been in so much pain and discomfort that he was anxious to just go Home with the Lord. Our care here in the seniors residence where we live was absolutely amazing. We had aids and nurses available around the clock. They provided anything and everything we needed including love. We feel so amazingly blessed by our friends, family and church family. Still lots to do so probably won't be on again for a few days.

My heart is swelling with love for each of you who have sent gifts, prayers, thoughts, messages and for making me Hugs of the month. I don't know how long it will take me to thank each of you individually but for now just know how much you all mean to me and always have. 💖 HUGs

I'm so sorry for your loss, but so glad that Bruce has gone Home! His passing was all that one could ask for, being in the arms of a loved one.<3

Oh Mrs ... I'm so sorry for your loss but I am happy to hear his pain has ended and he's now resting comfortably in Heaven. <3 We are here for you when you're ready. /hugs

I know that I can't bring your husband back alive and well, but if I could, I would! You are such a sweet person and it breaks my heart to know that you're in pain like this. You have all my internet-hugs and prayers.

I'm sure I'll be able to do at least a little bit! I'm hoping for more than a little, but school will be school! 😆 I do admit that high school has less homework that middle school did, for some odd reason. My classes are better this year too!

Happy birthday Lillydivine.. Just would like to say I am looking forward to this friday. My oldest grandchild Paije is getting marrried. And the reception planning is going great. Everyone is bringing mexican food dishes. I am making spanish rice. Her younger brother asked Paije is Cody mexican. she said No we just like mexican food lol.

All is well here. 2 dentist appointments down, 2 to go. Streaming is going well, fun stuff. Um... not much else to update here. I can't believe how fast this year is passing!

You think? I'd assume the reason I don't have as much homework would be because of the block scheduling that we have set up. Example: today I had five of eight classes. First period for 45 minutes (but I have it both A days and B days), second, third, and fourth periods (which were actually fifth, sixth, and seventh periods because today was a B day) are 1 hour and 30 minutes long, but I have those every other day.

So today I had: Human Geography - first period (45 mins) Geometry (technically an advanced class for me since I'm a freshman and would be taking Algebra I if I hadn't taken it last year, but not Pre-AP Geometry, because that's harder and no thank you) - fifth period (1 hr 30 mins) Foundations of Physical Fitness (literally just gym) - sixth period (after A lunch, but still 1 hr 30 mins because there are four lunches at my school) Spanish I - seventh period (1 hr 30 mins) Creative/Imaginative Writing - eighth period (45 mins)

And then tomorrow I have: Human Geography - first period (45 mins) Pre-AP Biology - second period (1 hr 30 mins) Technical Theatre I - third period (1 hr 30 mins with 30 mins D lunch) English I - fourth period (1 hr 30 mins) Creative/Imaginative Writing - eighth period (45 mins)

Anyway, that was a bit much, lol. I hope everyone's day/night is going/has gone well! HUGS!!
