I am mid-sip halfway through an ensure max protein chocolate shake, which is- well. It keeps me on my feet, at least, hooray? It's not the worst shake I've had and I'm something of a connoisseur at this point.

Smoothie with a no-sugar vanilla protein powder, almond butter, kale, caocao powder mix with other good stuff in it (I swear it looks like just caocao powder though) and a little honey to sweeten it. Used almond milk in it.

I don't always eat healthy, last night I had a cheese sandwich with cheese crispers on it and extra mayo, lol

We went to DQ and each had a sundae in honor of our beloved BammBamm's birthday. He would have been 14 today, he was such a good dog. We always took him out for ice cream on his birthday.

I ate a small piece of cheese LOL
