It might help to explain what they're looking for when they say exploitable. I once reported what I thought was a weird bug (and then a few minutes later, ran to make a ticket just in case Staff might have thought it was exploitable). Staff did consider it exploitable and had that topic taken out of the public eye, while I considered it annoying at a stretched.

I've been in a position where I wasn't quite sure myself, it doesn't help when it feels like make a ticket bothers people. If I was wrong about it being exploitable, I didn't want bother people with a ticket. I've waited for months on a stuck achievement because I didn't want to bother someone. I wouldn't mind clearer directions about what Staff considers exploitable.

All those options were scary for some old-time users too, don't worry ;p

What a nice update! Loving that previous tickets are no longer on the main page; I hated seeing them there. And killing off the categories.

Also wow, did people really file tickets for suggestions and site feedback often enough for it to need to be made dead obvious it wasn’t the right place? Okay then. O_o

Love the changes! I think it looks really good, and I like the separation and the expandable menus. Also, weird, my event says that pinged siteupdate, but clearly did in the first post. :P

Staff members can edit other people's posts, so maybe posted it originally and edited in the group ping later or something.

Good point! I know they're trying to keep the info text short and sweet, but bnot everyone is going to immediately know what staff means by "exploitable". So a little more clarification might be good!
