yah. I add less salt, and I usually only use hamburger, turkey and italian sausage. if I do put "prosciutto" I usually just use some chopped up bacon.

but i usually just use those 3 (or 2, even) but i do use the cheeses. :)

Hehehe! My week is going great!! I spent the whole day today in the kitchen. I made turkey meatballs and stuffed poblano peppers, Plus, 3 different veggies. I like having good food ready to eat, but it always disappears so fast. lol

I Goggled those meatballs and they look so yummy!! I made fairly palin turkey meatballs. No cheese as I'm lactose sensitive these days. ugh I would be so mad if my internet kept going out! You think it's fixed now?

Sorry I made you sad! I think back and can remember the first day of school being the only really hard one. Liz started when she was 3 so maybe that's why it was hard.

don't worry about grammar in a first draft! Just write what you mean and get the overall idea on paper (or screen) :D

a hundred percent that. Fix your grammar when you do a final polishing draft. There's going to be typos and errors no matter what; only a few rare people can write publish worthy first drafts, and even they need copyeditor help 💙
