Yes! I know it! I mean, Portugal has only one neighbour (Spain), but at maximum in 2 hours by car you are in Spain xD It is the same for you only going to another state ahah European countries are really small

I don’t mind so much for my girl (vegan) But there’s no way I could live without cheese or eggs. :) She’s got me doing vegan mayo (which taste great) and. Vegan butter, I liked the agave (but I don’t use a lot of sugar anyway)

And I have to admit, since she’s been eating vegan, she is looking Great (grin, but than again, she’s finally outgrown that ‘baby stage’ and turned into a ‘women’)

You know, where the body has finally growned Into itself. Heh. But with her genetics, we run to overweight. So good eating habits now, will help her in the future.

And thank goodness she’s no longer “Ack , I Can’t Eat THAT” :D In fact, she asked me to make jambalaya for some guys she works with. And she ate some of it. Plus she asked the doctor, when she went for a physical, and doc said she was doing great. No “low” anything.

Wish I had gotten into that when I was younger (more vegan style eating) Even though I will do “vegetarian “ some days.

Grin. But this week is ‘carnivorous’ week. Lol

LOL one of my friends left some of her vegan mayo and butter over at my house to use so I end up using it sometimes and I cant tell a difference so idk -sugh- I dont think its that big of a deal

I survived Monday. spent half the day on the phone with insurances about hubby. was enough to make me pull my hair out!
anyway, now I'm waiting on forms so I can do our taxes.

, personally, I think the vegan butter tastes like Real butter. better than the 'Margarine' stuff. and i don't notice with the mayo either.

and i don't mind eating 'vegetarian' cause i grew up with my grandmother and grandfather growing their own. so I've always been kind of used to eating lots of veggies.

i am sad that this house we rented, doesn't really have a place to grow any veggies. I can't even do container pots this year, because the deer come right up on the porch, to eat my flowers.

heh. i thought I had a problem when i was living in the 'boondocks' moved to the 'city' and have a Worse problem with the deer!! hahahaaa (hubby can't shoot/hunt them, because of the houses, and the deer are 'pets')

heh. (those council members don't have gardens, obviously)

and sad news (heh. for me any way) I've killed my Money tree. :(

after 4 years, all the leaves have fallen off and the stems are 'eh'

I will never be vegan because I love meat, but I really enjoy some of the non-dairy vegan items.

My doctor told me I had to watch it with them though, because I gained weight and that was the one major change to my diet, I had been eating the vegan ice cream because I thought it was better for me and it tasted just fine. She said they might have more sugar in them to replace the animal fat. So, moderation I guess. It's kinda hilarious if you think about it.
