That item does nothing. It was a prize from the 2010 restock war and now only found in the Antique shop. I kind of just wanting to find interesting things to put in my keepsake gallery which I haven't organized in years. I also need to decided if I want to take items off my WL since I still have carry over stuff for the hoarding ach that no longer exists now.
