more than 20 min wait... lol

The loud alarms I have ear muffs (gun level range) that help... but we have flashing lights that can give me panic attacks due to my autism... I'm on a shortlist of low mobility whereby if there is an emergency the firefighters are supposed to come to get me instead of me going out... if I'm in the apartment but if I'm in a common room and I can move I get out with the others. It's one of the reasons I asked to be on the 2nd floor... we have an exit on our floor that leads to outside without needing stairs :)
