I'm actually not having a good start to my day. The trash people for some reason skipped our apartment complex and we have 3 full bins(which is unusual for us, but because of the holiday, there's more than usual between the 3 apartments). I contacted the landlord and he's clueless as to what to do. I guess we'll be putting our full bags in the basement until this gets resolved. Blah. Today is cleaning house. Laundry, dishes, vacuuming, etc... so nothing fun, really lol. You?

Ick! That's not fun! In the summertime our trash gets disgusting. It's kept in a little shack behind our apartment building and it's just so gross! I'm at my parents place still (came here for the holidays) and I'll be heading back home this afternoon. Going over to visit my sister and niece this morning for a bit before we skip town ;)

I never even made a new Lumi HA this year - glad for saved outfits. I have a NYE one I like a lot that I made last year that I'll probably use again too, lol.

I'm hoping next year will be better than this one for Christmas. At least I got a box of chocolates from the admin as a present in RL and most were kind on here (had to block one that made opening Lumi gifts upsetting). New Year, new opportunities, bring it on!

Check with your city, sometimes they collect garbage on a different day for holidays.

According to the Melody ach I had missed two days but I have no idea what the second day would be if I read it right. Says I picked things up for 27 days. I know the one day but not the other one??

Jenn that is odd that they skipped your apartment trash. Hope you can get things figured out.

Sometimes a car "hides" the trash... perhaps they were a bit too merry, it's odd but it happens. Happened a few times to us at my old place and I would have to call the city. Eventually, they sent inspectors and it got better. Hopefully, they'll pick it up next time :) At least it's cooler out... always a bright side ;)

yeah, I ended up taking a bag out of each bin and brought it to work and dumped it in our dumpster. I'll make sure next week they can't 'miss' them. They took our recycle bins a few hours later with no issues (most probably a different driver since it's a different truck) so who the heck knows. Stupid drivers. edit: I somehow missed two days even though I have the Melody widget at the top of my sidebar and have a 106-day bathhouse streak going. :( It's been a crazy month.

I missed a day because I was in the hospital a few weeks ago... it happens. I won't get any achievements for Melody this year.

I finally managed to do a New Year HA... I had made an outfit I liked a while ago for a contest and I finally managed to buy most items and then found substitutes for the rest :D
