cute idea! as i'm looking at pets, i'm not only thinking at 'baby' stage seeing as little bub will be growing all too quickly, and i imagine this pet will be staying with you furrever, so that cutesy/chibi vibe may not fit as well for kiddy as they grow older. so my picks i liked for their general cheerful vibe (and i'll admit i picked them for their pinkness as well woops), and i'm imaging you could do a really cute overlay with a big bow as a collar ^^

I made Munchkins a year after on my sons birthday because I missed his actual one x.x. but people have been telling me they will make one for me this time around so I don't forget. Maybe someone can do that for you so you can stay focused on your little one when she's born!<3

I'm keeping in mind that your bab is probably going to be an Aquarius, so I'm choosing with what I feel would fit an Aquarius and then also would go with cute and pink~!

These little chibi pets (Antlephore, Ontra, & Mallarchy) fit that the best imo.

But any chibi pet would be adorable I think. As for something that's not chibi, I'm feeling the Sweetheart or Angelic Kanis, or an Angelic Kora.

And you can always get an overlay for any pet you decide! I can do a simple edit for you if you'd like~

These are my top four picks! Scribble Zentu, Chibi Zentu (Day or Night), and Chibi Urubu. There's something about the Scribble Zentu that really speaks to me with the idea of it being a dedication page to your child, especially since it looks like a child drew it.

How about a really cute Chibi pet? I have a Chibi Chai, and she is so cute, just like a teddy bear. They have the added bonus of being like an actual baby!

There are so many good choices, but I would probably have to consider the Nostalgic Hikei because it looks like a My Little Pony and that practically defines my childhood.

Loving these suggestions so far! One of you sent me a gift box with some cute pink baby items in it <3 Those are in my vault and waiting for the final decision to be made on what pet I want to make for baby!

A couple of you suggested Nostalgic Feli. Let me say... I LOVE THIS PET AND CANNOT BELIEVE I DONT HAVE ONE ALREADY! I dont plan to use that one for baby, but only because when i saw it I immediately knew it had to be a dedication to my "first baby" ... my cat ?She's on my leash now and she's totally inspired by your suggestions here. So Thank you to those who pointed her out!

Oh goodness, I love figuring out species/color combos! The hardest part is that there are so many beautiful and adorable pets haha. There are lots of good recommendations above, but here are my ideas:

My first thought was a sweetheart pet - they definitely have the pink part covered and they do a great job of conveying or representing a beloved one in a cute and fun way. I love these two in particular because the personality the art has - the endeavor seems silly and playful and the mallarchy has such a sweet expression.

Angelic pets are also a great fit for representing a loved one, but the more serious or aloof artwork seems like a better fit as a memorial. These two are playful and present in expression, and their colors are so lovely. I like the little bit of youthful sass the clawsion has, and the pherret gives off some very energetic vibes, like a kiddo who likes to be silly and involved in everything.

The other ideas that may be very sweet and provide a nice personal touch would be a nostalgic pet that appears similar to baby's first or favorite toy or a chibi pet that appears similar to a nickname given to baby - (ex: the clawsion may look like the teddy bear in the crib // my grandfather called me "little duck" so the mallarchy would be a cute idea).

I think a Chibi Pherret, Chibi Chai or a Chibi Cybil would be cute pets to represent your baby. You could always have the pet customized to be colored pink if you want to. And enjoy your babymoon.

I think the sweetheart chai looks like a cute pudgy baby so I like that one or maybe the angelic darkonite. There is just something about the expression on that one that makes me think of a mischievous little princess... not sure why
