It says I'm infected but it will get removed when I get a kiss. Looks like the problem is happening with any kind of infection.

So... I feel like my infection removed itself instantly.

I finally got infected with Doom Bloom but now my icon in the survival forums is "no biting" instead of "infected" and I don't have the starting stage on my avatar.

I'm on my 4th vial, trying to work out what is affecting me I take the vial, the infection shows on the VIP page but not on my HA.

I have tried Stinging + Lotus

My infection has disappeared in as little as 1 min, and longest is 5 min

I drank a at about 3:15pm, when I then posted in Survival forum and went to VIP page they both indicated I was infected. As I kept posting in the Survival forum, I noticed around 3:25pm that now it said "No Biting" and the VIP page no longer said I was infected :(

So I drank another vial. Checked and both said I was infected again. OK - I went to go make food, came back, and still have my second infection.

[edit] Nevermind. Got kissed and now my infection is gone 😢

Yep, also confirming. I took two bulbous vials that didn't stick more than five minutes each. Gave up and signed up for the Red virus so I wouldn't lose progression time, but I'd really prefer to have the one I know I wanted.

I just drank another vial if someone wants to kiss me to check if it stays or not.

So I really have to get bitten all over again? I feel like I wasted that poor person's time after all that :x

edit: and I have to repay for the strain again to sign up? Should I file a ticket to get my money back for the first one?

Nope. Drank a vial, got kissed, infection gone again.

Yes, same thing happened to me last year. File a ticket and they will reimburse you for having to pay again.

Can confirm, happened here too. Got infected, immediately got kissed, went to 'No biting.'

Someone notified me and said my biting option went away. I was trying to get Eyesore, that's not a vial infection. I'm going to try again, but I hope something is done, I heard SP can't be refunded and I really want that one.

Yep, can confirm it's happening for all infections, not just vials.

Try filing a ticket anyway. It's not like you changed your mind, or pressed the wrong button. You lost your infection because of a glitch, so you might be able to get a refund. It's worth asking.

This happened to mine, too. Back to filing the ticket just in case?

The reason I did it this way is to start immediately, so while a refund of the item would be nice, it's cost me more than the sP. : |

Ok pushed a fix for this about five minutes ago. So see if this is working and if not, give it a minute or two more to see.
