I just lost my bright bite infection when someone kissed me so this is still happening. Two hours wasted :/

Lost a second vial: didn't see the post that it was reported to have not worked, but I guess I can confirm it definitely hasn't worked XD

I lost a lotus vial and the infaction didnt take. I will file a ticket soon. Hope they add some time to survival. I want to get all zombied out

So if getting kissed gets rid of the instant infection.... do I need to get infected again??

Wait until after they fix the issue. Because if you get kissed again, you’ll just keep losing the infection and repeat the same cycle.

pretty much this. Time has been wasted more than anything 😢 I thought this infection deleting problem was fixed last year.

I got a snowball event earlier, and now I just got the event that tells me I'm infected and the snowball hex has now appeared, I think it might have gotten mixed up but I've waited so long that I don't want to lose this virus again (If the hex goes away or if I update my avatar in the wardrobe), what do I do?

I'm confused. I signed up for the quick random new just after the event started and it still at this time says "Thanks for participating in the Volunteer Infection Program!

You've still got some time to wait, but you will receive an event once you've received your chosen virus!"

So do I need to repay to get one? And I guess it means I"ll be behind in stages yet another year?

I paid for boobitis, and got the notification that a specialist is working on it, also someone bit me on the forum with the boobitis virus, but my HA says 'no biting' and when I check the main page where you buy them, it looks like I can buy a strain again, does this mean Ive lost mine?
do I file a ticket for a refund? I dont want to be a nuisance.
Also my HA wont change but I think this is happening for a lot of folks. Im sure it will all come good lol.

It's really weird that the same glitch popped up. :/ Like, I understand new glitches but this is... odd.

i guess its more a questions of is it worth it to wait for a fix ( will the catch me up the last 3 hours) or should I just start over....
